I have had my mortgage with Wells Fargo for almost 20 yrs & have a 2 week grace period on contract before late fees are charged. Uship over charges (15%) to simply pass along the shipping to 3rd and 4th party for shipping. They charge you the fee up front (with no possibility for a refund)then pawn you off to numerous vendors. The billing is totally screwed up. You MUST establish an OPEN account with the un known shipping company. You MUST give them a credit card with an OPEN line of credit!! You MUST sign and FAX this in. I went online to book a flight with wholesale flights and I was signed on as some type of member and a monthly deduction of $9.95 is billed each month. On 5 occassions I have attempted to get this charged removed from wholesale flights and I have been hung up on, given incorrect on line information on how to remove alleged membership, and downright refusal to return my phone calls after information is left. Vonage advertises "Unlimited Local & Long Distance/Nationwide" calling for only $14.99 a month. It is true...for the first 90 days. On the first day of the forth month, my Vonage rate more than doubled to $34.00 a month! They don't tell you that the $14.99 for new customers is only for the first 3 months when you sign-up! I cannot comment on the quality of the meat sold by the company; just the salesman. I just received numerous knocks at my door and repeated rings of my doorbell. I had just put my 2 year old to bed and was feeding my newborn. To get the guy to stop knocking, I answered. He instantly started with his spiel asking if we ate steaks... I received a Blackjack scratch off card from Air One of Michigan. After scratching it off I determined I was a winner on hand 2. When I called to claim my prize they asked me if I was a US resident, over 21 and was I married and had full time employment. These bus drivers are so rude and disrespectful its to a point where you can't believe he just said that. Filled out a survey online and was told to pick a free gift, I chose the electric cig kit and put credit info. in to pay shipping & handeling. If you ever experienced worse service try Travisa outsourcing for OCI card processing. I can bet you can never experience worse service than these people. Their phone is 90% of the time engaged, if you manage to get through that then 2 hrs of wait. Then uneducated, un helpful and rude service is all what you get. I have sent all required documents but they kept on asking same documents one after the other. I got totally tired of mailing these documents one after the other and finally getting back passport itself is a night mare. Privacy.com has fraudulently obtained access to many peoples accounts. This is a crime. Please contact the FBI internet crime department as they need a large base of consumers to aggressively pursue. A file has already been started. Do not just complain, get them stopped. They obtain the info from classmates.com and take money from accounts which have not signed up for the service. Encourage people to file a complaint it is very simple and unobtrusive. They will get your money back if you can not but it will take a while. When I called The Harford requesting a "quote" for auto insurance, at no time did the agent notify me that they would do a credit check. As a result of this, they listed four derogatory statements in the reply letter. The DIRECTOR, Susan L. Castaaneda, refused to answer my letter, instead a Melissa Giard called me and stated that they had done nothing wrong. I booked a cruise exchange and an additional cabin with Interval on Dec 31, 2011. At the same time, I booked a shore excursion for 4 people (2 per cabin). The shore excursions were $55 per person. I am a forgery victim in the state of california for forgery with a bill I cannot clear out of my credit report with t-mobile for 389.04. I have filed a complaint with the ftc and sent in appriopiate paperwork incuding a police report and filed affidavits with this organization. On a weak moment, I wanted to check arrest records of two individuals and marriage and divorce records of another individual. I was informed they had no record of the arrests.. I went to the local police station and acquired a free coy of the arrest record. The marriage and divorce record I was looking for, I know to be on record at the county court house. When you give them your credit card information they then start to place regular monthly charges on your account which you have not authorized. I went into Radio Shack to pay off my account, I was not able to do that becuase I did not have my husband's ss# (he's primary on acct). I was NOT trying to charge anything I was paying off my debt.
