I called Run Local Locksmith for unbolting the main door of the house. My husband had taken it with him by mistake on his week long trip. On two occasions, I have waited in excess of fifteen minutes to be waited on. # 1 The teller was explaining a particular banking procedure to the only person in the bank other than myself. Instead of acknowledging me, she continued with the explanation. If I were there to do a major, time consuming transaction, I would understand more, but I just wanted to cash a check. This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you.
