On 12 Jan 2011 I ordered a jacket from this website. It shipped the next day. I'm an active duty military member that is stationed over seas. The package was sent via USPS and was not tracked by this company. They said they do not track packages to FPO/APO addresses, which is where it was sent. Received a check in the mail for 957.16 and requested a greendot card be purchased and the numbers sent to 2 different Fax numbers because they are in the proccess of changing offices. I never asked for a grant of this type and the letter has nothing about a repayment cause it is siupposedly a "GRANT". False... If you cash the check and do not follow thru with the terms they will instantly turn you over to a collection agancey and you have to repay the full amount of the check as well as collection fees... I have been receiving calls from people with middle eastern accents claiming they are attorney's who represent their client "United States Cash Advance". They call my job and home threatening to have a sherrif pick me up and "take me to the courhouse". When I asked which courthouse, they say "the one in your city". These guys used to make fake id's when they started but it seems all they wanted was to build a client base to eventually start ripping people off !! Which is what they are doing now. I ordered some glass from this company on January 6. My check card was immediately charged $65.35. But, nothing arrived. I called several times - no one ever answers. I sent several emails that went without response. Finally on the 26th I got someone on the line who told me my items were backordered (they couldn't tell me sooner?) so I cancelled the order. I had 10 unauthorized charges to my account when I checked my statement this morning. I get alerts sent to my cell phone with BOA for overseas charges. The alert was immediatly sent to me. 10 charges! $44.79 many times and $8.90 many times. This company needs to be prevented from doing any business within the USA. I ordered 3 Stem Cell Therapy on February 22, 2011. I DISTINCTLY recall canceling the order right away because it would not arrive in time before I left on a VERY LONG trip. I just arrived, and sure enough the box w/the products were here!!! I was referred to Broadway Towing and Collision when the battery on my car died. The mechanic who responded to the AAA request for assistance was able to start my car but made me feel like I couldn't get to my normal garage (what a coincidence!). They didn't do any type of consultation with me regarding what type of battery I wanted, etc. They just replaced it with the most expensive battery they had and the charged me for an hour of labor when I was only there for 30 minutes. Several years ago I needed to sell my timeshare. Almost every single company I found wanted a fee upfront to sell it. I took some very good advice and learned to NEVER pay an upfront fee when listing your property. I found a decent company that sold my timeshare for a fair price without an upfront fee! So beware! I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. Unable to pay bill on line, website states that the section to pay bills is down. This website service has been down for over a month. In April 2009, I had a financial nightmare begin. I was left to pay a large mortgage by myself overnite. They over-promise on their service to get your purchase order and they will send you an initial invoice with no terms and conditions disclosed. Be-aware of their terms and conditions on the website. I had called the claims department to verify that repairs to my RV rooftop air conditioner would be covered, and they assured me it was. I submitted a cash paid receipt for the repairs in January, 2011 and now they are refusing to honor the claim. They sent me a request for additional information on February 14th, which I responded to the same day, and the claims representative actually told me he could just continue to say they never received it and not reimburse the claim. This company took $124.95 from my checking account without my authorization. I have been trying to get the number from other sources. They claim they are a third party collector for some credit card company. I think they are illegally doing this and am pursuing it with my bank and the Attorney General's office. They do not immediately refund your money. That means they are using my money for 21 days when it took them minutes to get it from my bank.
