I paid off the balance of my account in sept 2009, I actually overpaid the account by 47 cents. The card company closed my account but refused to refund the overpayment because it was less than one dollar. If I had owed that amount and not made the minimum payment I would have been charged $35.00 per month each month the balance remained. Our oil burning hot water furnace stopped working the night of Thursday Jan. 15th 2009 over here in East Greenbush, when temperatures were below 10 F. Used electric space heaters for the night and called Roland the next day. I spoke with Investigator Hill who informed me that I had 2 checks NSF that needed to be paid or a warrant for my arrest would be issued. Went to AMMCO shop in Dec. 3rd, 2010 to have my truck transmission service as the shifting was sticking. Asked them to change the fluid. We built a home in Woodberry which is located in Fairfield Township. Our builder was Drees and they did a wonderful job on our house. Shortly after we moved in MI Homes took over the subdivision.
