The company's people never seem to be available or to return phone calls and never gave written responses until I contacted an attorney and he sent them a letter. I've requested a return of funds; they've denied the request. Customer satisfaction is apparently not a priority. Provo Craft sued and settled out of court Make-the-Cut software and now I cannot use it on my Cricut. I bought the Cricut specifically to use a 3rd party software with it, plus buy Provo Craft cartridges. For the love of Pete, this company has no clue when it comes to keep their customers happy. Hired WTS in 9/2008 paid them to handle a tax situation that forced me into a bankruptcy. I owed the IRS $22k. When I got out of BK in 2010, they acted like I was a pain, and begrudgingly prepared a settlement Form 656, but I had to do all the work. The Form 656 asked for a settlement of $2k, but then WTS informed me that in addition to the $2k my 2009 refund of $3k and 2010 refund of $4k would also be taken by IRS. I have had directv for 6 years now in my RV. Up until last year I have had no trouble changing my location at least twice during the year in order to pick-up the local channels. Now they tell me that I cannot pick-up the local channels & they are blacked-out. I can only order the LA & NY local channels for an extra fee of $15.00 per month. Their intent is to increase their revenue & screw the customer service. I do not consider the LA & NY channels as local channels either. Do not use Helping Hands to help you receive free pharmaceuticals. The drug companies offer assistance for free. Hired Mike's Painting and Drywall as a result of a fire/smoke damage claim in my home. He ripped off the insurance company for thousands of dollars, skimmed on his work and walked off the job and did not complete the work he started. He did not paint the inside of closet doors, put caulk where needed, only gave one coat of paint on trim and walls when he got paid for two, he insisted he put on two coats of paint so he then charged by the hour for something he already got paid for to add a second coat of paint. They are apparently exempt from responsibility on their part of damaging a tree to the extent of endangering a home and possible harm or death to inhabitants of the home. My advise is to pay by paypal so that you can contact them when angie charges you again and again after cancellation. This company has been calling repeatedly, not saying anything, but just calling and hanging up on a continual basis. You can hear the person breathing on the line. I purchased a 15'X48" Round Metal frame above ground pool. The filter pump included in the package is the Krystal Clear Model 637R filter pump. This pump is only capable of filtering 1, ooo gal. per hour. It does not filter the proper amount in order to filter the water in the 4, 440 gal. pool. I have discussed this with several Professional Pool Companies and they all agree the GPH should be no less than 2500 gals. per hour. I called Intex, and was told point blank that the pump was fine. We were forced to bring it to a local service center as we were driving and there was a bad electical smell coming from the truck and a bad clunking coming from the back of the car.
