The short version is that while these guys offer competitive rates, their customer service stinks. I've had better experiences at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. If you actually need to speak with a live human being, be prepared to hold a very, very long time. If ever you actually do get to someone, be prepared to be treated like crap. I have made ALL of my payments on time with no problems using the Care Credit website. You have "reversed" the last two payments resulting in late fees. When I call, I’m told they cannot "locate" the bank account used to make my payments even though the payments were taken out of my account! $100 was reversed on my account twice, but NOT reversed back into my checking account. Home Instead in Orlando FL dismissed 2 disabled srs, one was 94yrs old, the other was 61 with MS, both on oxygen, one with walker, other in wheelchair due to lies told by nurse called by former health care agency nurse and other lies told by owner of franchise of HomeInstead. This company is a scam I cancelled this program and the said it would be remove from by bill and they said we have cancelled the account and issued 3 credits in the amount of $14.95 each plus taxes you may have been charged. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credits to appear. After saying that they still charge me for another charge of $14.95 . Note this only been 1 cycle I can not believe I charge again and still waiting for my refund. On the date of May 9, 2011 my 2002 Ford F250 had some mechanical problems at exit 56A on Boulder Highway in Henderson Nevada. I called Triple A roadside assistance and asked for a cab and a tow truck. Cab showed up in about 20 minutes and the tow company finally showed up 2 hours later with the most rude driver named Mark from ABC Towing . We purchased the deluxe solar cover reel system. It has been pain in the butt ever since we've tried to use it. The handle keep falling apart from the wheel. The wheel bearings then come apart, too. When we try to pull the cover overthe pool, it falls off the holders and rolls away somtimes into the pool. Also, the middle sags so low when the cover is all the way on that it drags on the ground. The worst part is that Doheny's would not let us return it or refund us. In fact, they offered NO compensation. We have taken a 200 dollar loss. TERRIBLE customer service. After a month of attempted communication I finally got to speak to Kemp, completed the necessary forms and awaited my first order of stock. I was sold a bill of goods by cali bamboo. I was told the bamboo fencing was more durable than steel, weather resistant, and the perfect outdoor fence. I ordered 400' of fencing, and was told that their would be explicit directions on how to install it. The installation manuals were a joke, and the labor to install a picture frame version of the fence were pathetic. I received a letter today dated January 25, 2011, advising me that my "delinquent account" has been assigned to their office for collection by Midland Funding. The amount is for 2, 321.79. The law firm of Salehi & Associates was recently retained by a client who, upon opening a Bank of America account, received a letter from Smart-Step Protector Insurance claiming that he had enrolled in one of Smart-Step's insurance policies. Salehi & Associates is investigating allegations that Bank of America improperly divulged personal information to third parties and/or that Smart-Step improperly obtained said information. I've had several problems with this supplier in the past: 1. Took 2 months to get a refund on a order they never shipped. 2.
