We purchased a Brinks security light on Dec 4th, 2010. We did not keep the box which I do regret now. The light went out on March 20, 2011. It had the new bulb in it that is suppose to last for years and so energy efficient. Now I can't find out how to contact the company for warranty on the light. It has a one year and only lasted 3 months. We have purchased Brinks lighting for the last 4 yrs. Every time they last less time. This last one took the cake though. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They do not come in the morning, heck they don't come at all. Then they charge you for multiple visits when it was one visit 5 days after a snowfall. We bought the top of the line commercial flooring made by WilsonArt for a high end dermatology office/spa. We were told that this is the most resistant material and that it would withstand all sorts of damage and not get scratched or dented. Illumibrite charged me $94.97 for a club membership after sending me a free trial of their product. I used a credit card to pay for the shipping and handling.
