This company has been taking unauthorized withdraws form my bank account for several months. I am not sure where they came up with the information to withdraw. I purchased a radiator from Bob King the owner of Discount Radiator World, 4555 Auburn Blvd. Suite #20 Sacramento California 95841. I paid $3342.50 upfront and have never received it. I requested a refund and have never seen my money yet. He never intended on shipping me a radiator after seeing others that he has ripped off as well. Ordered the Navigator Liftaway on 1/3/2011. Finally received it on 1/27/2011. Used it for 15 minutes and then it broke. The premium pet turbo brush stuck to the main hose and would not release. Abusive sales phone calls - then to get rid of we agreed to purchase a couple of items that never came. The collection departement started calling to collect to find our products were delivered somewhere else. They don't care - and want the money. After they were no longer needed we found them at a neighboring location. We no longer need them - they wouldn't take them back and have harassed endlessly by phone calls, seven in one evening. Easy VHS to DVD software and hardware came with a laptop system I bought. Did not try to use it for about a year or so after I got it. (Was no need) When I did try and use it the hardware would not be recognized by the system. After over a month of WEB based support, which a whole other topic of complaint, I still have no resolution to my problem, Roxio support keeps giving me the run around, and they wont replace the hardware without a receipt that I do not have any more. This company along with their product is nothing less than a scam. They trick you into a subscription for their product and when you get the surprise next shipment a month later you have already tried their product and realize that the product is horrible. Car mechanic made claim aproximately at 9:00 am on 10/28 waiting for fax or phone call approval. Received call back at 5:15 pm stating not to touch car until inspector comes by the following day. I paid extra to have flowers delivered for Mother's Day, on or before the actual date. The company sent "confirmation of delivery" on Sunday (mother's day) at 6:45 PM. The flowers were not actually delivered until the following day, Monday, at 10:30 PM. When I wrote to complain to the company, I specifically said I didn't want a gift certificate for the future. In return, they sent a pat, canned response, offering me a coupon for a future purchase. There are plenty of other flower services out there. I applied for a online payday loan and before you got your answere you had to sign up for a national platnum card. I did and there was a 99.95 fee and when they called me 3 times to comfirm this I said I did not want the card, I did not have the money for it. On two occasions, I have waited in excess of fifteen minutes to be waited on. # 1 The teller was explaining a particular banking procedure to the only person in the bank other than myself. Instead of acknowledging me, she continued with the explanation. If I were there to do a major, time consuming transaction, I would understand more, but I just wanted to cash a check. Maybe a two or three minute transaction. This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you.
