When I ordered the 14.99 chef basket, I was charged at the end of the transaction 55.17. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I got the "run-around, " so I decided to put a hold on my credit card for over a month. Again, I cancelled the order and I figured I was in the clear, so I reactivated my credit card. Within 24 hrs, I was charged 55.17 from this company. They are a fraud and a joke, and I cannot believe what I am now going to have to go through to get this charge erased from my card. Stay away from this site if you are ordering from outside the US! The sizes are erroneous (deadly .. example : a 29 fits a 34) and then .. the return policy : more than one month to have your return handled, no refund for most of the items, which leaves you with having to purchase items you do not want to use your balance. HBSC is a totally disreputable institution. I have an HBSC Best Buy Credit card with 18 months no interest program. First they added credit protection without my authorization which cost more monthly than the interest on the outstanding balance. My minimum payment was $20 per month and I paid $25 per month on the same day every month. We purchased a Brinks security light on Dec 4th, 2010. We did not keep the box which I do regret now. The light went out on March 20, 2011. It had the new bulb in it that is suppose to last for years and so energy efficient. Now I can't find out how to contact the company for warranty on the light. We bought the top of the line commercial flooring made by WilsonArt for a high end dermatology office/spa.
