There are several other stations in this area that will give you great service, consistent prices(not based on who you are) and will actually give you the correct change...not this Texaco. HBSC is a totally disreputable institution. I have an HBSC Best Buy Credit card with 18 months no interest program. First they added credit protection without my authorization which cost more monthly than the interest on the outstanding balance. My minimum payment was $20 per month and I paid $25 per month on the same day every month. When I ordered the 14.99 chef basket, I was charged at the end of the transaction 55.17. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I purchased a total of more than $15, 000 at Dolphin carpet and tile.
