I ordered some glass from this company on January 6. My check card was immediately charged $65.35. But, nothing arrived. I called several times - no one ever answers. I had called the claims department to verify that repairs to my RV rooftop air conditioner would be covered, and they assured me it was. I submitted a cash paid receipt for the repairs in January, 2011 and now they are refusing to honor the claim. They sent me a request for additional information on February 14th, which I responded to the same day, and the claims representative actually told me he could just continue to say they never received it and not reimburse the claim. Received a check in the mail for 957.16 and requested a greendot card be purchased and the numbers sent to 2 different Fax numbers because they are in the proccess of changing offices. I never asked for a grant of this type and the letter has nothing about a repayment cause it is siupposedly a "GRANT". False... If you cash the check and do not follow thru with the terms they will instantly turn you over to a collection agancey and you have to repay the full amount of the check as well as collection fees... I was referred to Broadway Towing and Collision when the battery on my car died. The mechanic who responded to the AAA request for assistance was able to start my car but made me feel like I couldn't get to my normal garage (what a coincidence!). They didn't do any type of consultation with me regarding what type of battery I wanted, etc. They just replaced it with the most expensive battery they had and the charged me for an hour of labor when I was only there for 30 minutes.
