On June 13, 2006 at around 8 PM, I hit the 5 cents progressive jackpot slot machine accumulated over 233 thousand credits and then I cash-out right away. Bought Grouper Fish today (07/12/06) at Ingles Grocery, Clayton, GA 30525. Fish Counter advertised "Grouper - Wild Caught - Fresh"; however, when I opened the package at home I found the fish to be "slimy with a bad smell"! I made a DVD purchase (www.dvdworldonline.com). Much run around. Never received the product or the promised refund. I filed a complaint with NY BBB. They couldn't get this company to respond either. The purchase was for only $24 so the company knows they can thumb their nose. No one is likely to pursue legal action for that amount. I joined netflix on a 2 week "free" trial period. Before the two weeks were up i returned all dvd's and cancelled my membership online (only because there was no phone number on the site to talk to a person to confirm that i would not be charged) I received confirmation that my membership was cancelled. Since the beginning when we submitted our order the decorator told us she would sent out to have our shutters re-measured by the shutter company. They came out and re-measured. I bought this Exersaucer recently, July 8, 2006. I put it all together with no problem. I put the batteries in the appropriate slots. However, the Toy Bar does not work. I put brand new batteries in it, and still does not work. I do not want to have to take the entire exersaucer back to the Babies R Us, as I already made a second trip because the first one I bought was damaged, and the store is very far from where I live. I received my initial service to my vehicle on Nov. 27, 2005. An anti freeze leak turned into a head gasket replacement that lasted 9 days. My car has bucked since this repair and it still does. I have since had everything from belts to a catalitic converter replacement. The car still bucks at 75. Since it is above the speed limit they are not responsible. I moved from Los Angeles to Ames, Iowa and sent most of my belongings, including my computer, through Fed Ex. All of my packages arrived on time, however my computer would not start up. It had been wrapped in a heavy winter blanket as packaging and I am positive this was good enough because bubble wrap has the same cushioning quality. I made a spur of the moment purchase of a B&D blender and a B&D coffee maker b/c a $20 rebate was offered from Linens and Things. One was purchased in late December '05; the other in early January '06. The blender died several weeks ago while it was blending cooked chick peas and yogurt.
