I purchased a sectional sofa from Oak Tree Furniture in March of 2006; it was promised in 4 to 8 weeks and was delivered 4 months later. I was never contacted with an explanation for the delay. I would like the public to be aware of ordering products from the healthy4life.com site. These people took my order, charged my credit card for over $300 and never sent out my product. I ordered a hi-riser mattress set from 1 800 Sleepys on 7/10/06 to an address in Brooklyn, NY. I didn’t order this set for myself, but rather for a poor family with limited English proficiency. I rec'd a phone call telling me I won a $1,000 dollar shopping spree, and to receive it, I would have to listen to a sales-pitch on TriStar Vacuum cleaners. This company calls my house daily, starting at 9:00 in the morning, ending at 9:00 that night. When they call, the Caller ID does list the phone number, but not the company name. The automated system calls about every 4 hours. I am on every No-Call list, and I have repeatedly asked them not to contact us further. I purchased a Dell multifunction printer and within 3 months I was having problems I called customer service at Dell who promptly replaced my printer. My new printer turned out to be in worse condition than the one which was replaced I called Dell again they said I could not possibly have a printer with the tag number that I gave them although it was sitting in front of me, to date they have not honored their warranty and I am left without a printer. In February,2005, I went through divorce proceedings. My wife was awarded one of our vehicles which we had a joint loan through HSBC.
