I accessed via the internet survey website and was offered a product by Fastauction.com/Las Vegas for $1.97. They charged my bank account for this amount. One week later another charge for $49.95 was made from my bank account . 5 days later another $49.95 was charged and again 3 days later $16.95. A total of $118.82 of which only $1.97 was authorized and to date I have not received product or service. I am unable to contact this company. I am extremely upset & would like to have this company looked into and any refund or any unauthorized transactions that was taken from my account. read full review »

Consumers Energy decides to estimate meters whenever they don't feel like coming out to your house and giving you an actual reading. My bill went from $81.67 to $274.00 because they estimated instead of doing an actual reading. After 22 months of making all my payments on time by car was involved in an accident and declared a total loss. My insurance company paid for all but 600 dollars. I contacted UACC immediately and although they said they would go to bat for me, negotiate a payoff and work with me on the balance it was all a lie. Had booked 4 nights at the Essex House through Hotels.com (Expedia). My stay there was very unsatisfactory. The hotel room was worn and dirty, the staff was rude and unpleasant, the mechanics of the building kept falling apart, I had to make several phone calls and wait 4 hours to get a mini bar opened. All of this for $700 a night! I finally had had enough and checked out on the second to last day of my stay. It is now 2/14/07. On 9/1/06 I ordered three camisoles totaling 161.70 with shipping. My credit card was charged on 10/15/06 BEFORE they were sent out-which in itself is bad practice.

I ordered a book from ecampus.com on 1/22. I picked standard shipping which according to their site states that it takes 3-7 business days. I emailed them on 2/6 to let them know that I still had not received the book. They responded a day later telling me that it takes 13-14 days even though it their site clearly states otherwise. Recently I found my dishwasher leaks water - it is a 14 years old machine and it did not come as a surprise. This company piled on bogus late fees to my credit card bill, I tried to work with them on this mistake, even agreeing to pay off the total bill, minus the disputed amount, but they refused.
They continued adding the late fees to the tune of about 300.00. I have a 2003 Saturn Vue with major transmission problems. I bought the car with 35000 miles on it, at 35990 the car starting making a grinding noise and found out the transmission was having problems, Saturn said they fixed it.

This complaint is on FerrellGas 1579, 350 Roger St., Princeton, WV. We paid over $3100 for 3/4 of our 2007 winter propane on 4/24/06 with an agreement to be automatically filled every 30 days. We have had to call for each fill up, then put in line for another 7 to 10 days before delivery. A 30 day fill up was due on 1/22/07. After taking my money and measuring the opening I am told that they do not have a fiberglass door that fits but they can put up a $1700.00 wood door. It sounded like a good deal. Somewhere in the fine print was a $25 membership fee. I was charged $34.00 on Jan 30.
