I ordered Triclear with the understanding I would pay $6.95 shipping for a free trial. I discovered a charge to my credit card in the amount of $69.95 instead. I received the product in damaged condition, leaking all over the inside of box. We were afraid to use Triclear, unsure of what had happened. An employee of Dominos Pizza in Santa Cruz California told me that my pizza would be at my door in 30-45 minutes. I called one hour after it was ordered and told them that my pizza had not arrived. On 1/14 I went to the Ashley Furniture Homestore in Bowling Green, KY, and ordered a sofa, a loveseat, a dining table and six chairs. Then they delivered all the items on 1/25. Do not buy from this company! There is no way to call them and they have not responded to email. They advertise there software as being able to download any TV program etc. They don tell you it is very possibly illegal and beyond that it downloads extra programs that you do not need. On July 6, 2006, I ordered a one year subscription to People Magazine. I received a confirmation email for the order and seven months later, no magazine. I have sent numerous emails and received numerous excuses as to why the magazine hasn't come but is definitely on its way. I called to place my order for stair parts, because I needed advice. Their "specialist" assisted me and ordered handrails that were too small for the balusters. I was told by customer service that "since I had confirmed the order, there was nothing they could do". Their website lists the dimensions of the handrails as 2-1/4"X2-3/8".
