On Saturday, 3/3, I bought a used 2000 Mirage from THIS company. The salesman assured me that Bill Seidles only sells cars that are worth selling. The following things are wrong with my car: 1 - the back wheel was was loose. A cop stopped me on the way home and told me. I could have been killed. 2. All oil seals are bad and timing belt is bad. I had a hard time even finding a number to call about this one and they will never write you back. I just called my bank's customer service provider and explained I wanted to stop charges. She three way called the number on my bank statement for the charge and told them she was calling from the bank. They agreed to cancel the "membership" and said I would incur more fees. Stay away from Red Roof Inn. Particularly the one in Williamsburg, Virginia. We went for a vacation and checked out a day early. The bill was $247 and charged to a credit card for that amount. When I received the credit card bill, the amount billed by Red Roof Inn was $308. The corporate office refused to correct the charge saying it was the business of the franchise owner in Williamsburg. The Williamsburg Red Roof Inn refused to return phone calls. It's now in dispute with the credit card company. Clearly a bunch of crooks. And the room had a cockroach problem as well. I ordered a mattress and box spring from the Westin at Home online website (the Heavenly Bed Ensamble). The Westin contracted with this company to deliver the mattress and boxspring. During delivery the company damaged a light fixture in the stairway of my house. The company refuses to fix the damaged light stating that because it was a difficult delivery they are not responsible for any damage caused. I estimate the damage to cost about $150 to fix as I will have to call an electrician to repair the housing behind the light fixture. read full review »

We were without power for two days due to a problem caused by TXU. No one, either in customer service for TXU Energy, or TXU Delivery made a minimal effort to correct the problem. We have flooded 7 times since 2001. We were only able to file 3 times. Twice was on the house itself and once on contains. The first time that we flood the flood insurance only paid a small amount. I own a 2002 Taurus purchased in Nov 2001. It currently has 57,400 miles on it, is well maintained, and was never wrecked... I had Pella Designer Series casement windows with Slimshades installed in July 2004. One and a half years later, the shades on most windows have indented the wood as they contact the sash (putting the shade down).
