I have a bank of America credit card with credit available. I am continuously receiving checks from them in the mail which can be used to pay any bill, or use for cash which are then "charged" to your credit card account. I decided to use one and I wrote one to myself for $500 and deposited it to my personal checking account. Purchased a fathers day gift on 6/12/07 via ebay. The product wasn't shipped until 6/20/07 and was shipped to the incorrect address. Customer service does not answer emails and claims they can only take instruction from paypal (a 3rd party) and cannot correct an order when informed by the customer and will not contact Paypal regarding an incorrect order. This is a warning for every consumer who purchases a ticket off Amtrak's website and then expects to have to option to cancel and get a refund. The website was designed so that you can't cancel the ticket. You have to call a customer service rep. The rep will tell you they will process the refund but neglect to offer to send you an e-mail confirming that you cancelled the ticket. Ask for the refund confirmation sent to your e-mail. I have a 2002 saab 93 hatchback. Two years ago the dashboard display above the cd player was starting to go out. Now it's totally not readable. Also i had to change the electronic sending unit that controls the heat. My saab repair person says i need a new display and it will cost about 400.00 dollars, he also says the electronic should be warrantied or made better. I purchased a tv from shop nbc when i received it was defective. I was told i will receive instructions in the mail on how to return the product. This is the absolute worst refusal to stop service. I am going to seek each and every avenue to file legal and ethical complaints against Monitronics Security Services. Fortunately we had no real need for their services for the 3 years that we did utilize them. I understand that too much time must have passed since this happened. But the prescription drug Zyprexa is more dangerous than the drug companies would ever let anyone know: At age 13 I was placed on a large dose of this medication. Scholastic Funding Group calls me from a private number about 3-5 times a day! I have repeatedly told them to take my number off their list and that I am not interested in their services. I have a debit account or 'pay card' account that is through Chase Manhatten bank. I have a complaint against Countrywide Mortgage.I live in Southeast Texas which was the area directly hit by hurricane Rita in September 2005.
