This company by far has the worst customer service. They penalized us for paying early, by not correctly entering our bank account information and then attempting to charge us returned check fees, when they did not enter the data correctly. My husband & I bought a Cub Cadet "The Tank" zero turn radius mower (commercial grade) 48" cut in April, 2007. Brand new. We do lawns commercially. Any time my husband mows with it he can't get more than 10 hours to a set of blades which cost between $50.00 & $60.00 for a set. Usually he gets less than 10 hours. I called the number that was on my statement and the lady on the phone advised me that they would be reimbursing me for the 84.97 as I had not ordered anything from them. We have a Hitachi model 50v500a television and a couple of weeks ago the color went to red and green. We have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that has approximately 78,000 miles on it and a few weeks ago our transmission went out. We had the vehicle towed to the closet transmission repair and they found that the transmission had such severe damage that it could not be rebuilt. When the lamp arrived it looked really cheap and I read the return policy and found out I could return the item for a full refund. I sent the lamp back on 4-27-07. I had purchased a new 2006 Dodge Dakota at Jenkins Chrysler and Dodge in Cumberland, Md. last September. Several months later it developed an abnormal shaking in the vehicle when the brakes were applied. My engine light was on in my 2002 VW Jetta. I took it to the auto shop I usually use and he couldn't find anything wrong after running a diagnostic test and apologized that I would have to take it to my dealer (West Broad Volkswagen). Burying my husband on a Sunday. I made all the final arrangement for the service and picking out a coffin, where we were burying my husband. I was never told after 3 PM the price of the burial goes up to another $128.00. If you use your life insurance policy to pay for the funeral there is a service charge. I am very disappointed with my recent experience with century 21 showcase located in highland California. I take responsibility for the biggest mistake which was to hire them to list my condo. The diagnostic of my broken computer was not done properly. I was given one correct diagnosing (burned out video card). But also I was told that my OS is not working. I was ready to order more services from the store (such as OS installation). I came home and realized that the OS is working.
