This company CJW, Extremeleanrx or whatever name they are going under, has charged my visa card in the amount of 84.97. I called the number that was on my statement and the lady on the phone advised me that they would be reimbursing me for the 84.97 as I had not ordered anything from them. I received a call from my credit card company and this has not happened as of yet, I am filing a dispute with the credit card company for unauthorized charges, I tried calling the number on my credit card statement again and like everyone else that filed a complaint I was unable to get through they were closed imagine that. I ordered medicine from an online pharmacy about a year ago. When they called me for a refill, I told them I was not interested. I am called 3 or 4 times a day from different people who speak broken English trying to get me to buy more medicine. They don't take no for an answer and they keep calling me over an over again. My husband & I bought a Cub Cadet "The Tank" zero turn radius mower (commercial grade) 48" cut in April, 2007. Brand new. We do lawns commercially. Any time my husband mows with it he can't get more than 10 hours to a set of blades which cost between $50.00 & $60.00 for a set. Usually he gets less than 10 hours. We have a Hitachi model 50v500a television and a couple of weeks ago the color went to red and green. We have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that has approximately 78,000 miles on it and a few weeks ago our transmission went out. We had the vehicle towed to the closet transmission repair and they found that the transmission had such severe damage that it could not be rebuilt. I purchased a gas stove on 6/24/07 at the Lindenhurst store in NY, I chose to have installation on the delivery date which was 6/26/07. I paid it off in March of 2007, I discovered that the second payment was not applied to my account, so I paid it again so I would not incur interest. I ordered the chicken marsala to go from this place since I heard good things about their pizza. I figured the platters must be good too. Boy was I wrong. On June 23, 2007 I ordered a vanilla cone though the drive through. After I paid for my icecream cone at one window I was told to pick up my ice cream at the second window. There was a young man there with my ice cream cone holding it past where the little paper that covers the cone. I had purchased a new 2006 Dodge Dakota at Jenkins Chrysler and Dodge in Cumberland, Md. last September. Several months later it developed an abnormal shaking in the vehicle when the brakes were applied. Akins Heating & Air Conditioning P.O. Box 38 Bell, Florida 32619 I would like to report this business for PRICE GOUGING. I was charged $205 for an annual AC unit cleaning and servicing. This service usually costs $80-$90 according to 2 other businesses I contacted. When I confronted the owner, he admitted I was overcharged and said the new charge should be $160. Do not buy a After Market Auto Warranty from Ultimate Warranty Corporation. I purchased a After Market Auto Warranty from Ultimate Warranty Corporation and I have had nothing but problems. The diagnostic of my broken computer was not done properly. I was given one correct diagnosing (burned out video card). But also I was told that my OS is not working. I was ready to order more services from the store (such as OS installation). I came home and realized that the OS is working. I also am very embarrassed to say that I was taken by Legion Global. I purchased 2 atvs from the location in New Lenox in person and have found that by time I make all of the repairs I could have bought 2 Polaris atvs. The 125cc isn't a 125 its a 110cc and is shaking itself apart, I have to tighten bolts all of time.
