I have been waiting for my livingroom furniture for 8 months. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they deliver the wrong furniture and try to blame me for the mistake. I have just fought with a supervisor named Shelley at this company. I was charged the $4.95 free trial and received it. A month later I received my bank statement showing an unauthorized charge of $149.95 was charged on my account for something I never received. I let a friend of mine move into my house to help him out, he moved out March 01, 2007. His car was financed by Drive Financial. He gave them my phone number and address. He is going to let Drive take the car back, they are royally screwing him. This company is also know as Elite. The company promise to sell our time share in 90 days or rent it out in two week's for 2,500. I moved to Mexico and that i would stock up on inkjet cartridges before i left. I bot 20 black ink cartridges and 10 color. Although the package clearly states that the inkjet cartridge is compatible with a Epson T007 and T009, they are in fact not. Its made in China and goes under the brand name of ProGrade Imaging Products. Nice looking packing box, but the product is worthless. I am just writing with regards to a Sony VGN-SZ220 laptop that I had sent in to Sony for repairs. Though my computer was still under warranty, I was notified by Sony after several days of sending the laptop in, that I needed to pay about $170 for some 'cosmetics damages'. I was infuriated. This unit broke within the first two week I had it. It took the company approximately two months to repair or replace it. They promised me an extended warranty of another year from the date I first purchased the unit because they had "lost" it somewhere in their repair system. The company did not fulfill its promised warranty extension nor does it have any customer service or repair facilities when the product is no longer in warranty. I ordered a complete set of "Coach" TV series DVD's for my husband for Christmas. After the holidays we settled in to start watching them and discovered a lot of bad disks. I called them to let them know that we were finding problems. They told me when we finished watching all of them to let them know which disks were bad and they would replace them. I want to add my story to all the others regarding Empire Today. Steer clear from this company. The salesman tells you anything you want to hear so you'll sign on the dotted line. Their installers actually give you supplies for your installed shower stall "in case you need to recaulk" which actually void the warranty. They do not return calls. I have not seen a monthly statement from HSBC for some time, even though I regularly make monthly payments to them. I've been charging my gas and meds, plus other things on occasion, on my Costco card for the sake of convenience. Costco contracts out their credit business to HSBC. I have a ZD8000 laptop purchased about 2 yrs ago for about $2800. I bought the extended warranty as I travel internationally. I had a problem with vertical lines on my screen. I ordered a Chicken club toaster from the sonic in Aztec New Mexico and halfway through eating it I noticed that only the outer edge was cooked, the rest was completely raw, in fact my husband said it looked transparent! This woman does not do her own work like she advertises. she cons her bosses and laborers to do the work for her and yet acts like she does it all. They do all the lifting for her and even make sure that she gets jobs she would otherwise not get. She 'does it on her back' to get the referrals and then expects others to cover for her and to actually run her trucks. She uses gossip and innuendo to blackmail others that work with her.
