AF sucks! I ordered an entire children's bedroom set on Aug. 13. It's Sept. 1 (15+ days) and nada. Online they stated that the furniture was "in stock, and ready to ship in 3-5 days". I have left 3 messages, and I haven't received a call back. Now their voice mail box is full. They have already charged my credit card. I too am working with my bank, and filing complaints everywhere I can (complaints.bbb.org/). read full review »

I have registered my phone numbers on the "Do Not Call List" however I am still receiving unsolicited phone calls. The subject of this message is a call I received from 419-474-9385 (Ameritech). After answering the call and telling them to not call back they continue to call ignoring my request. They also come up on my phone as "unknown name". I did a look-up of the phone number to get the name of owner. Let me know if there is some other way to block this caller. Thanks, Molly Bever read full review »

I ordered a coffee table from this company in May. It was suppose to ship within 3-5 business days. I called to check and the coffee table was suppose to be custom made so they were running behind. But it was suppose to once again be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Still no coffee table. Finally I called back then the coffee table was suppose to ship by the end of the week. This was in June. Well this continued now they refuse to answer my calls or return any. It is September 2nd. Still no coffee table and I lost 600.00 dollars. After a summer away from the school where I teach, I got my mail last week to find some weird "14-day trial" for unlimited long distance, complete with fine print about their plans to "automatically renew my monthly unlimited service," blah blah blah. HUH? I have LD through our teacher's union phone company, and I never give out my work address when I'm doing personal transactions. I ordered an O. E. M. fuel pump assembly for a 2003 Suburban. I had to talk to a real person to place the order. The part arrived one day earlier than promised, I am impressed. Dropped the tank, removed old pump to discover the pump sent has the wrong electrical connections, not even close. Call them, lots of apologies will send replacement out ASAP. A little suspicious, looked up replacement part on their site, not even close. Call them to be advised I was correct, they really do have the correct part but it will cost more, and will take 4 - 7 days to ship. read full review »

Auctionbay sold me three large items. When I went to get a vehicle to transport the items home, they sold them again to a second party. When I arrived back for my purchased merchandise, they rudely implied that I had not paid for the items, so they were free to sell them. When I produced the paid receipt, they offered no apology & required me to wait until their closing hour to obtain a refund! I have never dealt with such absolute arrogance and unprofessionalism in my life. I would discourage everyone I know from doing any business with this company! AUCTIONBAY.
