This perplexes me...i'm simple..but each time i change service plans, i am advised that i must pay "one month in advance for new plan." that i do. I had some issues with nixism.com about a "500 error". The 500 error was fixed after a few hours of non attention. In july of 2006, I bought a 2006 Chevrolet impala, from Champion Chevrolet. I'm getting lots of paint chip on the hood, doors, and rust on the trunk area. When I brought it in, I was told the rust was covered on the warranty, but the chips are considered normal wear & tear. I've had around six new cars, and we usually keep them from 6 to 10 years. Ordered two Samurai Shark buy one get one free $10.00 each with a set of 2 Shears free, and the French Chef's Knife $9.95, the lady said first set with knife was $7.95 Postage and Handling and $4.95 for the second set (Just the 2 Shears). I ordered two lamps. CSN Lighting charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. All my son's moving was hired by myself for a short distance move which would take a 15 minute drive from my storage unit to my new home. They were 2.5 hours late because the driver did not speak english and could not find his way around. I had to have him follow me everywhere so he wouldn't get lost. I was ripped off by this company too. Initially i never spoke to a live person either. The automated voice was very confusing and kept offering other products that i kept refusing. I never got the total charges detailed before it cut me off, but of course my credit card number was collected first thing. Purchased a cell phone warranty. I lost my phone. I requested a replacement on the last day of my contract. CanterPoint Energy gas division of Houston, Texas accidentally shutoff my gas services this morning for non-payment of my bill which was paid via their online billing services. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. I always call a person at Centerpoint and relay this information but was unable to contact their services. I purchased a brand new aerator from Husqvarna and paid $2500 for it. I never used it but supposedly had gas in it when they tested to make sure it worked at the factory. The tank was empty when I received it. It would not start so I took it to a Husq dealership. They stated it had a bad carburetor and was not covered under warranty. It would cost me $165. I contacted Husqvarna and they stated it was not covered under their policy. Even though they were the ones that put the gas in it. Sailed on September 1st, 2007 for a 7 day cruise with my mother who is 68. One of the first things that happen before you disembark is a fire drill, which is totally understandable. I received in the mail a free trial offer for Air & Space Magazine . After receiving the first FREE issue, I received a bill in the mail. I sent back the notice with specification of cancellation. I did not want their magazines and therefore I DID NOT RECEIVED any other magazines. In the mail I kept on receiving each month a bill for 19.00 dollars. I have been turned over to a collection agency for a delinquent notice on Prevention Magazine. I subscribed last year and was not happy with the magazine it always seemed to be pushing you to get more information from another book they were selling. I did not renew my subscription. Champion advertise custom room but, would not put baker board under vinyl siding in under room/deck, bees enter room thru poorly misfitted screens. They would not insulate roof where they tied into existing roof with there I-beam. There is no way to heat/cool a room with direct access left to outside air thru roof vents. Cooking in my crock pot last night smelled burning my crock pot was smoking from the bottom i unplugged it and under the crook pot it had started melting and the plug was also damaged. I owned a Mitsubishi projection TV since 1984 and had no problems with it. I decided to upgrade to a moe modern TV and purchased a 50"DLP from Samsung. Warranty is for 2 years. At 2.5 years, the color wheel went out. The original TV cost me 3900.00 in 2003. The color wheel cost me 1100.00 to repair. 8 months later, the power supply dies and costs me another 720.00. Since we purchased the new 6.0L motor we have had nothing but trouble. We run a rescue business and when we go to use the 2005 rescue unit we have no idea if it will run or not. Our last rescue we had a victim in the back with copd and the rescue unit would not run over 35 mph, for a rescue unit that is slow. Could you advise us on how or who to take this unit to in SW Iowa to get it fixed. It is a part of the life line of our community and we need it to preform when needed. Approximately one month ago I went to Toyota Collision Center of Escondido located at 559 South Pine Street Escondido, CA 92025, they needed to fix small bump on my almost new Toyota Camry. Every other month for three years Chrysler Financial has been sending me a statement for Property Taxes on my lease vehicle. I live in Texas and according to Texas Property Tax Code (Sec 11.252), on vehicle leasing, there is no tax on a lease vehicle if the vehicle is not use for the production of income. The auto dealer failed to get me to sign an affidavit. Chrysler had to pay the tax, now they want me to pay them back. I have written, send e-mail, at least 6 times and it has fallen on deaf ears. I hired this service and got a 'bonded' woman. I was there for the whole time, except for the last half hour. When I returned, the door's were locked. Early the next morning I went to turn on a CD/radio that I turned on every morning... it was gone. It was really expensive; but I have used it every morning, in the same place for two years. I purchased a refrigerator model # FRS26ZRGWA in 2000 from Lowes in Cincinnati,OH. 7 yrs, later the thing is completely shot. I paid over $1000 for the piece of garbage.
