There have been numerous complaints made on our neighborhood email group about a young man going door to door telling people that his company will be coming out in several months to "make upgrades" to our security systems. He says that with our present system anybody can cut the phone lines and break in without police being contacted by the alarm system. This company is the same company that was also know as allmyfavoriteshows.com. The DVDs that were sent to me were poor copies and in my case (which was a 12 set DVD) some of the DVDs were duplicates. I contacted them several times by phone and by internet only to be told that they were sending me a replacement set at their expense with a return envelope for my faulty DVD set. I signed with Bellsouth/Protection One in August of 2006 and paid an install of $149 and agreed to $29.95/month. Our business lease is up in December of 2007. When we called to cancel, we were told this is a 5 year agreement! Who signs a 5 year agreement? Who pays for an install on a 5 year lease? We purchased a Sleep Number 700 bed from a local Mall store in Charlotte NC. It took 3 weeks to get it delivered, they forgot to take away the old mattress's even though they had to step over them in my drive way and the bed is already leaking after 48 hours. When we received a notice our 2003 Cadillac was NOT going to be supplied with OnStar service effective December 2007, we purchased enough telephone minutes to last until that time. Was in dollar general store in orlando florida, near home where I spend a great amount of money each week buying supplies for my business. We have been having an unauthorized ACH transaction being deducted from a bank account which we have attempted to identify but so far have been able to determine its origination. The owner of the account, John Edward Harmon, is now deceased and as the immediate family members dealing with his affairs we have discovered these deductions have been occurring for at least 4 years. The ACH transactions as they appear on line are very limited to their description and the bank has only identified Payment Services as an originator.
