We had a Visa Card with CitiCard for about 17 years and for the most part were satisfied with their service. We recently had a death in the family, in another state and forgot to pay the charges for one month (July 2007). When we realized that we had not paid that month we promptly paid the charges and the late fees. We explained what had happened and were told that our old interest rate, which was 3%, was cancelled and our new rate was now 15%. I went into a Motherhood store in the San Gabriel Valley, Ca. I wanted to buy a single stretch mark cream. One of the ladies working there suggested i buy 6 small ones which equaled the same price as one large one. She said that I would get more for my money this way. In 2006 I had Lasik eye surgery to correct my vision. At the time of the surgery, which was done by Dr.Gary R. I got a brand new jeep compass in april of 2007 and when i got it i bought the service contract with chrysler-jeep. Well soon after i got it the plastic liner on the inside of the hatch broke. I bought a freezer from H.H. Gregg in July 2007. It was my first visit to an H.H. Gregg store and my first purchase from them, and will be my last. First off, we were entirely ignored in the store until one of the salesmen realized we were there as serious purchasers. I ended up writing this letter to Applebees after today's disappointing visit: There have been several occasions where I was very disappointed with the quality of service. We bought a puppy at the end of January, Roman. From the onset, he had respiratory problems and we took him to Banfield. They sold us on their Health Care Plan the first day we took Roman in to be checked under the premise that we had saved money the FIRST day and more than paid for the plan for the year. I bought a camera with accessories. They shipped a wrong tripod and charger. The "professional" parts turned out to be nameless and brandless boxes, making me wonder about quality. I got a letter from a company call AFNI, Inc. They said I had an outstanding debt from a unpaid bill to Cingular for $510.26 and I had to pay it to avoid damage to my credit report. I went to this popular bistro in downtown Sheboygan and heard the most awful story about a company in Random Lake who not only refuses to pay a computer tech for his time. They hired this guy to add a computer to their network and miscellaneous items. He arrives at Chem Tech International in Random Lake and the computer had an operating system that could not even be added to the network (Vista Home). Totally disappointed!!! I located outside of US, so I needed to order a flower online for a friend who lives in US. (1) I paid for a deluxe order but it seemed that my friend just received a regular one (from the photos she took; guess they thought the buyers would never know) (2) When I placed the order, it said there will have a card accompanied with the order, but apparently there wasn't any because my friend did not know who sent her the flowers (3) the delivery date was wrong; it was 5 days earlier than the day I requested. JLE painted house totally wrong color. Owner agree to address all issues his "mother and father" left after paint job. Owner kept promising to return to finish the job, but only delivered excuses.
