I am having a problem getting to the speak with a live agent and the automated system is not recognizing my account number so I cannot get through the system. There should be prompt to get to a live agent at all times. My lease residual was about $24,500. Carmax afforded me $27,000 for the car so I could make about $2500. US BAnk refused to let me sell the car to Carmax unless I paid them the whole $27,000. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract for my motorhome in December of 2006 and was provided a policy. Subsequently, I received notice that the policy was never paid, even though I paid Warranty Experts $1,525 by credit card and received a receipt for the payment. The freezer door on our Trio Kenmore refrigerator fell off and the earliest appointment we could schedule either online or on the phone was not until 15 October (almost two weeks from now).
