I received a check today for $1,290.00 with instruction for me to cash or deposit. I was "hired" as a secret shopper in which I was to go to Wal-mart and spend $80.00 of the money and send them the receipts. My daughter, Kristin McGowan, is not getting adequate mail delivery. I sent a package for her friend's birthday in January. It never was delivered. I recently got my fridge from storage (3 months in all) and hooked my fridge up. It has no lights working but makes ice (albeit slowly and the ice is hollow). If I touch the pad it turns the auger but the flap does not open. I had a Maytag guy come out but all he did was open and shut my door for five minutes and knock on the door. I accepted this trial for looking over a service for travel and savings for the family, I think it also had to do with free credit report as a bonus feature. Anyhow~ I called to cancel and threw out the information about it. Well on my last months statement I was charged a $12.95 fee which is a monthly charge. I called the bank and also looked further into finding a phone number, but no as of yet is one available. I have most of the numbers but the last 4 are missing as was confirmed with my bank as well. O.k., so my husband order these diamonds earrings for me 1/3 carrots SI color---almost near flawless according to Peach. THIS COMPANY IS A FREUD! Please do not order anything from sleekspaces.com or gately's furniture. Once you purchase anything an automatic email will confirm the purchase and make it look like everything is ok with the order, while the order probably does not even exist. I found a "RingtoneTimes.Com" advertisement for a free download ringtone. A short time later I found out that I wasn't getting a free download ringtone but would be charged $19.95 monthly charge. I placed my order on first Monday of October, then called their customer service on tuesday morning. Spoke with a polite gentlemen, he informed me that my order was processed and at my request he put it on rush delivery, because i needed it for saturday. We had a set of four Tripletread Goodyear's on our 2003 Honda Odyssey and it has a terrible problem of the steering wheel shaking violently from side to side. This is not a pull to the right or to the left, it is a shaking of the steering wheel from side to side. Of course Honda's comment was it is the tires, and Goodyear says it is the van. (DUH!) I knew that was coming. Hello, In 2003 through 2004 I received approximately 10 - 15 voice mails daily from Academy. They accused me of all sorts of things. I was home one day when they called. Al Hastings demanded payment and threatened me with court and loss of wages. He even attacked my mother. I refused to work with him for awhile but after I calmed down, I spoke with him and agreed to make four phone checks over a period of time and he agreed to settle the debt. On 10/06/07 I went to Dunkin Donuts in Penn Yan NY. I went to the drive through window. I ordered 3 Cappachinos. As the cashier handed them to me through the window the hot cappachino's splashed up and hit me in the face and all over my arm. The cashier did not so much as offer an apology. I am unable to go to management and speak to them as they all barely speak english. The last time I tried ordering from there it took 15 minutes for them to figure out what I was ordering. My husband and I took our 2002 Sonata in for an alignment at Kerry Hyundai of Florence, KY last Monday because the car was pulling to the left. We were called on Monday afternoon and told that the Knuckle arm in the front was bent and needed to be replaced. We gave the OK for that to be done. I ordered a dresser on January 19, 2007. They said it would be delivered within 8 weeks. They kept giving me delivery dates, but the dresser was never delivered. I left messages that were never answered. I called and canceled the order on May 18, 2007. They said it would be credited to my credit card within 30 days. It never was. I finally got in touch with someone in October 2007 who said it was too late for them to refund the money & I would have to dispute it with the credit card company. Consumergain said that I only completed 3 of their offers, even though I had actually paid for a few including a cosmetics one, netflix AND bockbuster and columbia house.
