On 9/1/07, we had a blackout in our house. My wife called Citywide Electric for service as I was out of town. She agreed to the diagnostic fee of $19.50 over the phone. They sent an electrician to inspect the problem. The electrician quickly found that the breaker was tripped. He reset the breaker without prior negotiation of additional fees. I ordered my one FREE CREDIT REPORT from Credit Report.com as stated by U.S. law and was charged 11.95 by this company for enrollment into their credit monitoring service. Can't access the website to make payment on GE/paypal account and payment has to be 3 days from date you enter it before they withdraw the funds from checking account therefore making you late and fees charged. These folks, at Continental Finance, have signed me up for a MasterCard that I have NOT agreed to. I brought a x box 360 wireless controller charger a couple days a go. i followed the instructions to charge it for 6 hours. Then when i began to use it with my wireless controller. My stick didn't work, my character in the game turn up side down and began to move by them selves. I made a payment with Continental Finance, Mastercard. They took out 3 payments of $60.00 out of my bank account, but I authorized only 1. I talked to mastercaard and told them about the situation. They said that they would refund the 2 payments. I have not seen any refund. I have a ceramic glass top electric stove. I smelled a funny smell one night before going to bed chemical or something. In the morning I awoke to a broken stove top. The Warranty Company American Home Shield decided that a broke the stove top by dropping something on it (which I did not ) and refused to pay for replacing it. I bought a whirlpool washer 3 years ago from sears, i also bought an extended warranty. The first time I used the warranty was earlier this year.
