We have been using Coto cleaners for 8 months, they have destroyed my husbands collars, by using very strong chemicals. The chemicals ate through the fabric. Today I pick up my husbands pants. The chemicals ate through the seat of his pants. They tried to say I brought them that way. We live in a wealthy area, where the prices are very high. We have lost six items of clothes since using them. I have called the newspapers and consumer affairs about the chemicals levels they are using. On 10/15/2007 I went to the Quiznos on 144th W Center. I ordered and paid for a regular size sandwich. When the sandwich came it was a small. This tow truck company picks up my car due to a mistake that Universal Acceptance Corp, also out of Minneapolis, made on my car payment. I had only had the vehicle for three weeks and they mistakenly repo'd my car. Anyway, that's a different story. OAN, INC OF PONTE VERDE BEACH, FL put a charge for $7.64, including tax, on my Verizon phone bill. The number I allegedly called, 101 515-8000, appears to be some type of access code, per Verizon. I called Verizon and had them remove the charge. I also instructed Verizon to put a miscellaneous block on my phone bill so that no one can piggyback on to my bill with Verizon acting as their collections agent. My family and I stayed at the Wilderness hotel and golf resort in Wisconsin Dells, their water parks were so dirty and the food at the Wild Canyon cafe was terrible and expensive. I talked to a few managers and they gave me a 25 dollar gift card, to remmedy the complaint. Then, when I called and repeated my complaints and asked policy about maintence of the subject areas, he said the life guards are responsible for clean-up of the waterpark areas, GROSS. I purchased Hoodia from this company, they charged my credit card for the initial order and the required second shipment. Now they have turned "my bill" over to collections. I do not owe them and made this clear to them and the collection agency. I was billed twice and didn't even receive the second shipment. They said it must have gotten lost in the mail, that they had sent it. I did not stop payment on my credit card like I said I might do because they said they would turn it over to collections and it "would cost (me) more in the long run". I signed up for Banfield Pet Hosptial's Wellness Plan for my Australian Shepherd. We signed on in December 06. In January 07 my dog was diagnosed with cancer and she died in February 07. I emailed Banfield to cancel my policy since my dog was now dead and the program no longer needed. They instructed me to go to my local hospital to cancel. I did that and they refused! Incredible. In July of 2006 I went to buy some clothes at Lane Bryant, they convinced me to to get a credit card to save 10% on my purchases. Which ended up being a savings of about $10. I planned to pay off the card once I received the bill so no worries. Bill came I went online to pay the bill and could not. I don't do checks so I can only pay online or in person.
