We have been using Coto cleaners for 8 months, they have destroyed my husbands collars, by using very strong chemicals. The chemicals ate through the fabric. Today I pick up my husbands pants. OAN, INC OF PONTE VERDE BEACH, FL put a charge for $7.64, including tax, on my Verizon phone bill. The number I allegedly called, 101 515-8000, appears to be some type of access code, per Verizon. I called Verizon and had them remove the charge. I purchased Hoodia from this company, they charged my credit card for the initial order and the required second shipment. Now they have turned "my bill" over to collections. I do not owe them and made this clear to them and the collection agency. I was billed twice and didn't even receive the second shipment. They said it must have gotten lost in the mail, that they had sent it. My family and I stayed at the Wilderness hotel and golf resort in Wisconsin Dells, their water parks were so dirty and the food at the Wild Canyon cafe was terrible and expensive. I talked to a few managers and they gave me a 25 dollar gift card, to remmedy the complaint. This tow truck company picks up my car due to a mistake that Universal Acceptance Corp, also out of Minneapolis, made on my car payment. I was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars. I have been making monthly payments for a year on an auto loan through Chase Auto Finance. This past month (Sept.), I received a receipt from the company that they received a payment on 9/15 and next payment due is 10/15. For the past 5 days, I have rec'd hoards of harassing phone calls from collections stating that they never received a payment in Sept. and last payment received was in Aug!
