Although I reserved a full size auto, they tried to convince me that a Toyota Corolla fit the bill. I didn't fall for this, and got a LaCrosse. Do I want insurance coverage? I have never in my life seen a bank that thinks it is good business to steal their customer's money. I had overdrafted myself recently with Wachovia. I had only 2 overdrafted transactions but Wachovia charged me for 6!! That was $210.00!! I have been dealing with this company for a whole month. It took them a week to even get a repair guy to come and fix it. The he said it was the compressor and it should take a week to get the part in. A week goes by I call the service people up that came to check.
