I left my dog Honey there for grooming 18 October 2007. They called me and said she had ran out the front door and they could not find her. How can this happen ? Did they have the gate closed to prevent this. We looked for the dog until dark. I had thought they were professional and realized that the human has to rationalize for the dog. I have called the customer service numbers 1-978-299-2298 and 1-800-326-0598, and on both numbers u get the same recording. The product ID number does not exist in the places that the recording says it does. There is no product ID number on my invoice or on the newsletter. I have been dealing with this company for a whole month. It took them a week to even get a repair guy to come and fix it. The he said it was the compressor and it should take a week to get the part in. A week goes by I call the service people up that came to check.
