Don't even think about doing business with them else you will regret. Here is what happened, I brought in my cell phone and had them to repair it; I also bought a new cell phone from them because I couldn't wait a week. Anyway, it took them half a year to fix it. Finally they said they lost my phone and but willing to gave me another phone. Instead of gave me back the same condition phone that I gave them; they gave me a “throw away” condition phone. We purchased a tv from HH Gregg (90 days same as cash) on our HH Gregg credit card and changed our billing address at the store. This change was apparently not related to ge money bank who said it was our responsibility to change it through them. They sent an initial bill to the wrong address which we received and we paid $100.00. We never received another bill from them and when they contacted us regarding late payment we paid the entire balance using our Indiana National Bank checking account #. We purchased a fireplace, garage doors and garage door openers through this company. First, we experienced sooting on the interior glass of the fireplace (gas) and the exterior wall (direct vent). I have been in a 12 week nightmare. At the beginning of August, I purchased a dining room suite (table, 6 chairs, buffet and hutch). I was told that delivery would be 3-8 weeks. At the time, I was fine with that as Thanksgiving was almost 2 months from the worst-case scenario. I think you are all misguided here. Everything is disclosed as per banking rules. i worked with them...they did a wonderful job. Yes! i have a pre-pay...but do i plan to sell in the next 3 years? if i did i would have not signed nor agree with it. I attempted to help a friend reimage a Compaq Presario 6330 - a good machine, the problem was that HP service is now in India for many machines - and although I am a patient person, I got the run around 3 times and now I find that HP no longer carries the recovery disks! Even I as an IT person understand the challenge - yet I do not give up! Sleazy! Scam! Avoid like the plague! Sales people are pushy and try to get you to sign up for an agreement that you can never get out of! They off-load the payments to ABC Financial (phone 888-827-9262) which is not disclosed. Gym itself is ok, but sales tactics make it a place to avoid! Tons of other complaints all over the internet. So this company called me after a day that I quit, I told the sales rep I used to work there. She read me the entire script so I went along with it, offering me a free diamond watch 3 free magazines just for helping with the delivery of 1 at 3.84 a week.
