I went and purchased a taco and a order of breadsticks. Not only did I tell the girl at the register 4 times that it was 'to go' before she finally figured out that I wanted it to go, but when I got my food home and picked up my taco from the bag, all the fillings fell from the taco shell (and I hadn't even unwrapped it, just picked it up) all over my desk. I canceled my account with this company June 19, 2007. I paid my balance in full at the time. Since then I have received 3 billing statements. Each time I have called them and told them that this account is closed and on what date I closed it. Because of their $35.00 late fee I have a new balance of $82 and some change. 1. I leased a brand new LR2 a few months ago and 2 weeks later found out is was a lemon--the car would die as I was driving. The dealership was going to sell me another car at a "good price" and was instead trying to upsell me and went back on their deal. I finally asked them to just switch me to another LR2. I was trying to locate a person. When I went to the website, and was offered a "free" search, and was advised that a guaranteed result had been found. In order to get results on the "free" search I had to subscribe for a trial membership ($9.95), or a regular membership for one year ($44.95). I had a flight on the Nov 3th 07 from Dubai to New york jfk in Emirate airline. i had the worst customer service. a supervisor name Ghulam who worked that night at the luggage and checking passports was very unpleasant, very mean and unhelpful. He treated me like nothing. I was disappointed from Emirate airline. He charged 159$ extra for my wife's luggage which i had to check them in, because Dubai airport had new law for the luggage transfer. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. Being locked out I had no phone, no wallet, or any access to any internet connection. I was lucky enough to find a number for a locksmith who could open up the door for me (who again charged me 350). I was informed on one of my calls to inkjet that my cartridges had to be returned to the manufacturer because of quality control problems, and that I told receive them. I have a 42" plasma Haier tv that I bought from Sears last year 6 months after I bought it the tv failed. I called Sears to come fix it. Got coerced into buying salt scrub and moisturizer (85.00) at a Mall. Upon arriving home, found the salt scrub had leaked into the bottom of the bag and there was now only salt, no fluid to work with. On July 23, 2007 I took my Buick to Alternative Transmissions by Jack Dempsey in Winter Garden for a Radiator replacement. I had already purchased the replacement radiator at a Parts Store for $250 before I went to save time. Bill, the Manager gave me a estimate for $70 and said it would be ready in 1 hour. Purchased Wendy's Chicken Nugget meal at restaurant on McHenry Ave and Coolidge in Modesto, CA. Despite that it was late in the evening (11:30 pm), I did not expect the nuggets to be tasteless, rubbery, and appeared to have been sitting for HOURS. I have purchased many items over the years, most recently the salads, but this is definitely the worst meal have EVER had at this facility (I can forgive forgetting the sour cream, the dressing or the salas, which seems to happen EVERY time I go there), but this was totally unacceptable. Last 11-10-2007 I made a bank transfer to skype to buy a credit in phone calls. The transfer was correct to the bank account they told me. Last week I ask them for the credit, once it was not available in my Skype account and it passed some weeks. Heinold & Feller Tire Co - Valparaiso , IN On 10/27/07 I brought my 2002 Audi TT to Heinold & Feller for an oil change and spark plug change. They charged me $28.22 for each spark plug without labor just parts. These plugs, (NGK PRF6Q) are much cheaper. The highest price I found was $14.58 each at the Audi dealer. My husband and I purchased a house in July and before closing we needed the furnace to be inspected. Gray's Gas in Greensboro, Md. inspected the furnace and gave us a formal letter stating that it was in working condition. Like some of other complaints, They are holding up my payments for weeks. This way they can cause to go over you limit and late payments. I bought this Microwave Oven along with extended Warranty last October. It is broken in August 2007. I called them immediately and they said some one will call and schedule an appointment to get it repaired but no one called.
