My cell phone was turned off for a bill that was past due. I received a phone call from a collection agency in July 2007. I told them that I would call sprint and pay the bill because I wanted to be sure that the phone services would not be restored. My wife recently had a very bad experience with Advantage Rent-a-Car at LAX. She signed the damage acknowledgment form that showed pre-existing damage on the rear bumper. When she returned the car one of the workers jumped on the shuttle van and accused her of the damage, she told him it was there when she rented it and didn't have any accidents with the car. I attended their free intro seminar in July and signed up for their $49 3-day seminar. A few days later, I discovered two charges of $49 each. After many phone calls, I finally got a refund. In early Sept., the company made two more charges of $49 each on my debit card again. Moreover, the 2 charges caused an overdraft which resulted in my bank charging me. I have had taken the Maruthi Auto card and referred two of my friends to purchase a maruthi aulto and gained auto points (2000). When i wanted to redeem the auto points for any service or spare parts no dealer is accepting. they are swiping the card and deducting the amount from the card instead of redeeming the points. AT&T Wireless prints the web site on their card so that you can check your balance. Guess what - go to that site and find NOTHING - no link if it has been moved - NOTHING. It is already a BS scam and now they don't want you to know how much you have left on the card so you cannot spend it. I was charged $10.00 for a 'membership charge' that I did not authorize, nor did I sign up for this service. I am not sure how this company acquired my credit card information as I use online services for many reservations. This company needs to be investigated, prosecuted, and shut down. This store has one big plus which is that it sells beef that is from hormone free cattle and at competitive pricing. The store on Saturday night had quite a few clerks but few customers. My complaint is that not one clerk said hello or offered any assistance. The checker was too busy balling out the poor bagger to even say "Thank you" to me. I find the store cold and indifferent to the customer. I went to their website and filled out their customer satisfaction survey and they rejected my answer. I guess I get the hint. While attempting to use a never opened Blockbuster Gift Certificate my wife and I were told by the frightened store employee that it had no money on it (it was void). On Nov. 17,2007, purchased a simmons mattress set from ashley furniture for 1091.00. The sales rep never informed us that there was a no exchange or refund policy on the mattresses. Our mortgage loan is with American Servicing Company (a.k.a. Wells Fargo) and over the past two years our relationship with this company has been less than favorable. I was in #7243 i am a hotwheel collector and found a very hard to find car and paid for it, i didn't think it would be that hard to put all my items in the bag since i only had 4 things.
