On March 24, 2007, it was agreed between myself and loan officer Aundre Van Dorn of Chase Bank that i would refinance with Chase. I was told that i had to pay a appraisal fee of $250 for the loan to be locked in at 6% without any discount points. I gave Aundrea Van Dorn my debit card number for her to charge the $250 from my account and lock in the rate at 6% and no discount fee. After 18 months the door water and ice dispenser failed. We had a 3 year service warranty and after a week of listening to this unit clap and blink the service tech required another week to order parts. The refrigeration in the refrigerator section then failed and now we have a 1000 "ice box" to keep the food from spoiling. Now they say it will take 7 to 10 more days for the parts to be sent from the factory. We are irate and will never recommend this product. Bought a Philips 37" LCD TV from Best Buy on 9/28/07. Had to return the TV because it has a defective screen - a line of pixels were out - Best Buy took care of that because it was within their 30 day guarantee. On 11/24/2007 the audio went out on the TV. It will be sitting in the authorized Philips repair shops for weeks because Philips is notorious for not being prompt with part for their service centers - I have no recourse that I know of. Purchased the dishwasher in 2001. we were shopping of a bosch, the sales person told us a kitchenaid was much better HUH! Ordered HD TV from direct tv they sent incompetent installer who could not install hd tv after 4 hours he left called Direct tv to complain was hung up on 4 times then they said at least he was on time. I recently returned an item with the receipt. I asked for store credit but they told me it had been over 90 days and I couldn't return it. It was not a seasonal item and they carry it all the time. I am a person who keeps all receipts. This tells me that I would have been better off to take it in without a receipt. At least I could have gotten my store credit. I ordered four bottles of one of their products and requested delivery via USPS; I never received my product although they immediately took my money. They sent me a delivery label, but the Post Office in my area has been unable to ascertain delivery. The address I used was my office address and I never had any problems with delivery of anything to this address via the Post Office. I contacted Exclusive Health Products and was told there was nothing they could do, that they shipped the product. Didn't care that I didn't get it. I keep getting invoices for a book I paid for via money order. First invoices shows -0- amount paid, next invoice I receive shows $5.06 paid. My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. On 8/14/07 I called Earthlink to cancel my e-mail account with them. I spoke to someone there who took my information and he gave me a confirmation # of 13069074. In Sept. of 07 I received a bill from Bill Me Later of $21.00. I mailed a denial of payment along with my confirmation number. In November I received a letter stating that Earthlink had denied that I ever canceled. I was told that I must pay the bill. I too was a victim of this scam! While trying to receive an online payday advance an add popped up about a "virtual visa." After reviewing the add I declined and continued with the loan application. A few day later I received a bank statement with a withdrawal of $49.95. After reviewing the statement, I contacted EverPrivate Customer Service and was given a ticket number and promised a refund in 7 to 14 days. back in june 06 they setup the plan wrong. Called them many times and everytime they said "plan is okay". Finally in Sept 07 I talked to a rep that found the problem and fixed and she backed tracked all the extra charges to come up with 146 dollars or so. She submited the credit, but it was denied because they only do 60 days back. So they only gave me credit for the past 2 months. Jizletech are the most unreliable, fake, low life bunch of thieves. We placed an $226 order via email for some original Polo shirts.
