When I accessed the site I authorized $1.95 (shipping and handling fee) to be withdrawn from my account for the information CD about filling out forms. The next thing I know is there is a deduction from my account in the amount of $39.95 from Vemma Builder. I was also charged $9.95 from this website as well. I never subscribed or authorized anyone to make deductions from my account. These are fraudulent charges without my knowledge (until looking at my statement) or consent. After 18 months the door water and ice dispenser failed. We had a 3 year service warranty and after a week of listening to this unit clap and blink the service tech required another week to order parts. The refrigeration in the refrigerator section then failed and now we have a 1000 "ice box" to keep the food from spoiling. Now they say it will take 7 to 10 more days for the parts to be sent from the factory. We are irate and will never recommend this product. Bought a Philips 37" LCD TV from Best Buy on 9/28/07. Had to return the TV because it has a defective screen - a line of pixels were out - Best Buy took care of that because it was within their 30 day guarantee. On 11/24/2007 the audio went out on the TV. Purchased the dishwasher in 2001. we were shopping of a bosch, the sales person told us a kitchenaid was much better HUH! I recently returned an item with the receipt. I asked for store credit but they told me it had been over 90 days and I couldn't return it. It was not a seasonal item and they carry it all the time. I keep getting invoices for a book I paid for via money order. First invoices shows -0- amount paid, next invoice I receive shows $5.06 paid. On 8/14/07 I called Earthlink to cancel my e-mail account with them. I spoke to someone there who took my information and he gave me a confirmation # of 13069074. In Sept. of 07 I received a bill from Bill Me Later of $21.00. I mailed a denial of payment along with my confirmation number. In November I received a letter stating that Earthlink had denied that I ever canceled. I was told that I must pay the bill. This Nov 07 I took my car to the local Mercedes Benz Dealership were it was purchased new and were the Western General Extended Warranty was purchased just before the factory warranty ran out. AT&T wireless services charges their customers calling 1800 "'s from their cell phone. I had to pay $400 monthly bill after AT&T taking over from Cingular. I used to use local carrier to call overseas through their 1800 #. 1800 is meant free for the customers calling. But whereas AT&T charges even for 1800 #'s. I too was a victim of this scam! While trying to receive an online payday advance an add popped up about a "virtual visa." After reviewing the add I declined and continued with the loan application. A few day later I received a bank statement with a withdrawal of $49.95. After reviewing the statement, I contacted EverPrivate Customer Service and was given a ticket number and promised a refund in 7 to 14 days.
