I was playing on the free site and was offered a free trial on the paid site. I tried the paid site but did not like it. I went back to playing the free site. After awhile I was offered another trial on the paid site I decided to try it again. I did not like it the second time. After the second trial I tried to get back on the free site and they blocked me out. I have tried several times to get on the free site with no avail. I would hate to one of the customers trying to get unauthorized charges on their accounts removed because you can't seem to get in touch with anyone at pogogames.com to HELP you. We bought a kid collection called "knotting hill" for our 3 yr old daughter. When the custom furniture was rec'd after 6 weeks of waiting the color we chose was white and we ended up getting "oof white" mixed with bright white on different areas of the furniture. As soon as I placed a classified ad to try to find a home for a dog that was dumped at our farm, I was inundated with the "I'll send you a cashier check, you send me the change" scam" And I'm talking about 20 e-mails a day. If the freecycle sites can keep these idiots from contacting us, why can't petfinder? If we are able to get anything, they are speaking in a foreign language that seems to be asian but they usually don't speak at all. Every time I try to log on to pay my small Kohl's bill, my password is shown to be incorrect. In the past, I have requested a new password. Now, however, I have sent two emails to Kohls asking for a new password and have had no reply. I have tried to email customer service. I click on "email us" and enter "go". Then, I'm redirected back to the same "email us" window. Attempts to reach customer service via phone are useless as I don't have several hours to remain on hold because of a "problem with volumn of calls which we are attempting to address." GE Money Bank d/b/a Care Credit Cards has quite a bate and switch going. They tell you all about deferred interest and then don't give it to you. I paid religiously on my account a dental balance. Now they tell me I was late (I wasn't and have documentation to prove it) but they charged me the interest anyway. I have called, written and called again. I recently got a letter from a collection agency on this account even though I paid them this month. They hung up on me once and then I got another rude individual who told me too bad.
