I was playing on the free site and was offered a free trial on the paid site. I tried the paid site but did not like it. I went back to playing the free site. After awhile I was offered another trial on the paid site I decided to try it again. I did not like it the second time. After the second trial I tried to get back on the free site and they blocked me out. I have tried several times to get on the free site with no avail. I would hate to one of the customers trying to get unauthorized charges on their accounts removed because you can't seem to get in touch with anyone at pogogames.com to HELP you. I paid with my debit card and received a CD-ROM a short time later. For the past 2 months, my checking account has been charged $39.99. I opened my door and there was a small box on the ground. I recognized the nams and peeped inside to see 2 large bottles of diet pills. My mother took it back to the post office and was advised to return it as "refused". I immediately checked my visa card and found i was billed $149.95. We bought a kid collection called "knotting hill" for our 3 yr old daughter. As soon as I placed a classified ad to try to find a home for a dog that was dumped at our farm, I was inundated with the "I'll send you a cashier check, you send me the change" scam" And I'm talking about 20 e-mails a day. If the freecycle sites can keep these idiots from contacting us, why can't petfinder? We are receiving constant phone calls from various 800, 888, 866 numbers. If we are able to get anything, they are speaking in a foreign language that seems to be asian but they usually don't speak at all. When we try to call them back, I either get a busy signal or I am told that my "international call can not be completed". Every time I try to log on to pay my small Kohl's bill, my password is shown to be incorrect. In the past, I have requested a new password. Now, however, I have sent two emails to Kohls asking for a new password and have had no reply. I have tried to email customer service. I click on "email us" and enter "go". Then, I'm redirected back to the same "email us" window. Attempts to reach customer service via phone are useless as I don't have several hours to remain on hold because of a "problem with volumn of calls which we are attempting to address." This company put an account of mine in collections and on my credit report for a 2001 Dodge that had been towed and stored for who knows how long. the reason I do not know how long was because I traded that car in on Oct 15 2005. But when I repeatedly called the company trying to explain myself I was put on hold and told that I was responsible for the car anyway and that i should just go ahead and pay the amount owed on the car.
