This person not only got into my checking account to send themselves $900 but got into my PayPal account to send themselves an additional $900. I had to close all accounts and open new ones. The bank refused the withdraw from my bill pay on my checking and called me. PayPal sent it. I posted a fraud complaint with them and they have contacted this person. My debit acct. was charge $59.95 today. I canceled my card, and put in a dispute with my bank. I called 800-999-2734. I was told it was from ordering from Monster Inc. in the fine print was a pc. that says you'll get charged $59.95 for a membership. On the afternoon of December 4th 2007 I made my usual stop to the Wendys Restaurant near my office to grab a Frosty and a salad. I bought a calling card on UNIONTELECARD.COM web site. I selected their automatic recharge which provides for the card to be automatically recharged by $10.00 anytime the balance goes below $3.00. So this particular card and pin always has money on it. My mother set up service for my sister-in-law so she could have access to internet for her job. Well they are now moving to another state. I called on behalf of my mother who is 78 years old to cancel service or to put the account on hold. They informed me that they could not cancel the account nor could they put it on hold. I received two dvd's girls gone wild that i did not order. They were charged to my visa credit card witch i have never used to buy anything from your company on line before. I was wondering how you could do this with out my permission to use my credit card. I am very upset. I can't believe that somebody could do this to me when i have never used this card before on line. If you look at all the major banks giving out mortgages and credit cards you will see on the bill the problem facing the American consumer. The banks are the problem and they need to stop extorting people off of fraudulent billing, financing, and late fees like Capital One Bank. I have a home warranty plan with First American Protection and they assigned "South Bay Appliance" to take the service call. A few days went by and the repair guy never called me. My mother (who finds it very difficult to walk) wrote a check for Albertson's grocery store today and was told the check reader wouldn't read it. The management told her and me and Albertsons customer service told me (and I've been assured the Dallas office will tell me) that Certegy will not allow an Albertson's employee (or manager) to call in when the reader does not work, nor can they punch in the numbers. I have requested the bank several times to send me statements, something to show my payments, they have not send anything as of today. The post office returned two letters with a refuse label on them. they have not posted all my payments to the account. poor, poor, poor customer service. A couple of days after this past Thanksgiving our neighbor asked if we could help her out by taking her car up to Walmart to get a plug put in her tire because there was a small nail that was stuck in it. I found a $140 overdraft fee in my checking account on 11/05/2007. There was still $275 in the account when this happened. The resulted in a $265 overdraft fee. I called them about it, they refused to bend to logic. This is the second time in 6 months that they've pulled this on me. The last time, I finally got someone to see the light after 3 tries. When the manager showed me the model room of this apartment, it looks so nice for the amount of the rent. On 12/1/07 I received a bill from CreditOne Bank for a Visa credit card I applied for. I never received the card, but did receive a bill for $74.75 (enrollment fee). When I called the phone number on the statement, 877-825-3242, the message immediately went into the card activation mode. I pressed option 2, which was suppose to interrupt the activation, and put me through to a representative. Instead, I received a message stating they were "closed for the holiday". I ordered a camcorder advertised for $229.00. I completed my order. Two days later I received an E-mail to call a 1-800#. When I did I was told that the camcorder I ordered was no longer made. When I ordered it they said it was in stock. I told them to cancell my order immedietly and went back to their web site to look at other camcorders only to find out that the exact camcorder that they said was no longer made was for sale by them except that they had raised the price to $399.00.
