I signed up to get my free credit report. The website stated that my checking account would get charged $1.00 if I don't cancel out within 7 days. I canceled out in three days and they charged my account. My account was overdrafted for over $100.00 dollars worth of services I didn't sign up for and my bank charged me several overdraft charges. Currently, my account is over $400.00 worth of charges. I never thought that trying to receive my credit report would cause so many problems. What a joke - Had trouble from the day I brought it home... Tried to return it at 4 months but Target said I had to deal direct with Trutech... they would not return it and replace it with another unit. The DVD's would skip and the open/close door sometimes would not open... until one day the door could not be re-opened... I am planning on avoiding target shopping at all costs... and telling as many people as I can about this poor product and experience with Target. read full review »

If you buy a dishwasher and are expecting Home Depot to install it know that the contractors are not licensed plumbers. If you have PVC piping or the connectivity is not straightforward the delivery people will not install it. If you are this category and insist on purchasing a dishwasher from Home Depot, make sure you can either install it yourself or have a licensed plumber at hand. Next best thing to do is buy the dishwasher from Sears, they send licensed plumbers to do the installation. read full review »

I called the phone number on the Samurai Shark television commercial to find out what the total cost would be. I followed the steps in their automated phone system menu, and it stated that my total cost would be ~$40.00. Their television commercial stated a price of ~$10.00. 2. Product does nothing but reports errors, (may be false?) and then says they have been cleared. It's very suspicious and in reality I don't believe anything is being done.

I ordered the product by phone for the offer of $39.99 with the second one free. The whole process of order was complicated, not clear and detailed on the transaction, and the process was done with a machine, not a real person. The next day, I called the customer service to cancel the order. They said it had been processed and can't be canceled (although I received emails of processing and delivery confirmation 2 days after the complaint). For over 7 years I have been trying to get TV service and Internet to my address, When Adelphia was around I had some guys come out and hook me up with service, it was not available to my address.

I have not had a good nights sleep in over a year! This was the most costly mattress I have ever purchased and definitly the most uncomfortable. I like my side firm, my husband likes his side soft. My problem is that because of this difference, I spend the entire night trying to resist rolling down to his side of the bed. I feel like I am sleeping on the side of a hill all night. I called on 10-3-02007 and talked to a person called Gie and asked to return everything. He was very, very, hard to understand. My return # is:

That is not what I ordered and not what SimpleMicro.com invoiced and charged me for. The flooring delivered was both damaged and defective. Floormall refused to return our calls once we complained. After over 40 days of waiting for help, the manufacturer made a decision to have the flooring taken back and we'd get a 100% refund plus cost of any labor. Floormall took four months to give a partial refund; the kept part as a 'restocking fee' (as if we wanted the flooring returned; our request had always been to swap out the material, not to return it).

I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam. So, the 800 goes under the front right tire of my car on film, given to the local stations with the story and Garmin gets another new customer. Magellan sucks!!!! read full review »
