About a year and a half ago I opened two netspend accounts. One in my wifes name and the other in mine. I added my wife to my account as a user just in the event that she needed it. I signed up to get my free credit report. The website stated that my checking account would get charged $1.00 if I don't cancel out within 7 days. I canceled out in three days and they charged my account. My account was overdrafted for over $100.00 dollars worth of services I didn't sign up for and my bank charged me several overdraft charges. Currently, my account is over $400.00 worth of charges. I never thought that trying to receive my credit report would cause so many problems. I helped my 90 year old mother fill out her order for Christmas gifts to Swiss Colony. She wanted to order three of the same items to send to two households, one of nuts and one of cheese. Instead of one order of three, we received three orders of three. Ordered books worth Rs.750-/ by way of credit card. The payment has gone through on 17th september 2007 but it is more than 3 months now, books have not been delivered at all. I have been charged through my bank account for a credit card and never received the credit card. The company went into my account about a month after I applied for it which meant I had no idea when they were to debit my account...so therefore my account is overdrawn...they took out $64.90 out of my account and never sent me the credit card...when you call the number they direct you to the website...www.consumerbill.com. I placed an order on their website. They stated it would take 2 weeks to deliver and charged my visa card immediately. About 2-3 days before the delivery date they sent a notice that the package was sent to the wrong address and gave me another delivery date. Surprise! The package never arrive. There was a $149.99 charge on my July 2007 Juniper statement. It was for AutoVantage membership. I never heard of this company and immediately contacted Juniper to have the charge removed from my account. They have a website with very attractive prices - too good to be true. I purchased an iphone. I made a payment through Moneybookers. Moneybookers is a seemingly UK based version of Paypal with no integrity. The merchant at first emailed me that it was posted by regular mail. I am filing a complaint against Naxpmedia.com This is a site that sells old TV series and sell them on DVDS. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, and all but the 2 cats have pet insurance. 3 of the dogs are with VPI Pet Insurance, and the 4th dog is with Pets Health Plan by the Hartville Group. Since I have had pet insurance, so far neither of the companies have had to payout for anything, as my dogs have remained healthy. However, my dog, Sugar, who is insured with Pets Health Plan fell last week and hurt her back badly. My vet said that the injury might heal on its own, but if not, back surgery would be necessary.
