This company is charging me an arm and a leg ($2300.00!) for incomplete and half-ass work. Just looking at the car you can see the back tire is not straight (like it should be) and the shop manager basically told me that it is an optical illusion because the fender is bent. My car almost spun out doing 55 mph yesterday when I used to be able to take it at 70 mph with no problem. I looked at the car myself and saw that the suspension bolts were loose... They keep ignoring my pleas for help... Prices at this gas station near my home are always 8-10 cents more than others in the same area including Shell stations within a 5 mile radius. Who sets their selling prices or are they looking to make more money on the already high price of gas The gas price last week went from $3.09 to $3.19. I keep on checking the status of the order and today 12/29/07 the mail delivery was sent back to Canada stating it was undeliverable. Almost a total lack of information. A Criminal Check on a convicted Felon/career criminal, checked in states with known convictions, revealed only one arrest. This is the major check approval service used by most retail stores, the problem is when they have bad data or your financial data mixed up with another customer, you get denied check cashing and Fidelity/Certegy could care less about fixing the mistake. this has been happening to me for over 3 months, with promises to fix the problem, but all I get is screw-up after screw-up. Never enough Cashiers at the East West Connector Store in Austell Ga. There is never a person supervising front end operations, no sense of urgency. It is like the front end is on automatic in the evenings when shopping there. When a person spends $800.00 a month in your store they should not have to stand in line 45minutes to be checked out. Back during the early part of October I packed a PlayStation3 on Layaway. Fair policy access... be aware before you sign on the line. You won't be able to watch a movie or download much music. They will cut you off for 24 hours. Hardly better than dial up and not WORTH the outrageous 91 bucks a month plus high installation fees I paid for this CRAPPY service. I recently took a trip and had a friend do the same trip, while planning, I turned him onto Alamo for our SUV rentals. We both made the reservation, for the exact time because we were on the same flights, staying at the same place. We picked up the cars, IDENTICAL, even same color. This company company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid over five hundred dollars for them to check my sentricon baiting system for termites and I get only excuses as to why they don't come out and check my stations. When I call to find out why, they say that they will send someone out and they never do. I placed an order for a Canon Digital Camera, after being referenced via Amazon. The payment was made, however no goods where shipped. Days later I received a call from Ralph: 800 281-1724 ext 241, informing me that in it's current state - the camera I had ordered would not work. I then canceled the order. Performed Smart Liposuction on my stomach and lovehandle areas. I was given a guarantee that the areas that were done would turn out to be flat, which they didn't. I suspect this company may be conducting a scam.
