I bought two of the same lcd tv's made from White Westinghouse. The first tv had little red dots on the screen within weeks of purchase. The second tv made a loud popping noise and shut off, and would not turn back on. Jitterbug customer service apparently just ignores my e-mails. I sometimes never even get a email response back from them. Even when I do, they don't follow through with the things to which they've agreed to do in the phone book. I've tried numerous times to get them to make changes and/or corrections to my phone book. This house was built in 2004 and had a tile counter top constructed. I purchased this house in 2006 from Richard Suttle (contractor) and shortly the grout started cracking and coming out. The tile is loose all over the counter top. I contacted Richard Suttle and he contacted Rease Dunn (the tile layer) but this Rease Dunn will not contact us about this problem. He put the tile directly on plywood and appears not to have used waterproof glue as the tile shifts cracking the grout. We do have to have the tile removed and replaced. Is there anything we can do? Similar story to all others. These young men claimed to be ASU theater students earning money for a trip to London leaving Jan 27. They sold us a Simmons world class super pillow top mattress with 1/3 of the top stitching missing. Over $800. They refused to deal with us because they sold us a mite cover which we put on the mattress the day we bought it and we never found the defect till 6 month later when we turned the mattress. We waited in line for over an hour at the Denver location to check-in with a reservation. There were approximately 10 customers in line ahead of us and there were three reps working the counters. Employees were running around and the entire operation was disorganized. Even once we reached the counter it took over 20 minutes to check our reservation, find a car and then deliver the car. After reviewing what it was offering, I decided it would not be feasible to keep the membership so I called within the 30 day time frame to have my credit card credited and was told to send my request in writing which I did immediately.
