I ordered CD's with an understanding that I had a trial period to evaluate their product. I called within the trial period to return the product. The lady I spoke with was very manipulative and talked me into an additional 7 days to evaluate the product. On the 7th day, I called to cancel as I was no more impressed than I had been 7 days earlier. Their office was closed so I emailed them. When I called the next business day I was told they hadn't gotten my email and that I couldn't return the product; but they would give me $100 discount. Well it has been almost 6 days and Verizon still cannot figure out how to turn my DSL email accounts over to FIOS accounts. I cannot access my sub accounts and every night I call and they update the ticket. The OCS group then tells them it is working and nothing. Plus the on hold time is nuts. The fron line people at the fios are very nice but their hands are tied the say because they cannot even talk to the national email support people at verizon. My son ordered a pair of Dolce and Gabana shoes and Rockin' Republic jeans from this company. It took 4 1/2 weeks after they took the money out of his account to receive the merchandise. It is obviously fake, it came in a ripped up old shoe box from China. The company is supposed to be in California. I bought Roxio 9 Suite. The product would not install. Since I do hardware / software support for a living I checked all possible issues that might cause the problem outside of the CDs just being damaged. Nothing worked so I put in a ticket with Roxio support. They sent me back a procedure which sometimes works to install old (Pre 98) products but I tried the instruction twice anyway. I received a payday loan from 365fastcash.com and never received a contract from the company. I have tried to contact them several times to discuss my paying them back. No call back, no live person. You send an email ticket or complaint-you can't get on a website once you received the loan. They took out $74.00 fee out of my account. I have not signed any paper. I looked online to check them out to find out they are from Russia and part of a Natzi group. When arriving to the restaurant, the workers are busy, but then, in between customer orders, they are often seen exhibiting immature horseplay in the kitchen. Mainly though, when we received our "Papa" burgers, they had put way too much sauce on them (by the top bun), and the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy from the two burger patties. They were very messy to eat and the fries weren't very fresh either. I purchased a sears front load HE5 dryer. They have a metal plate on back that looks like it is rusting. I have had this dryer less than a month. I found two friends that have dryers made by Whirlpool which is actually Kenmore. They have the same problem. The service technician said the plate is not rusting but the temperature is so hot its burning the plate. They use to coat the metal plate in white or black but they stopped doing it. Fafsa.com is obviously a hoax because it charges for the financial aid. When I realized it, I went back to change my information to try and prevent identity theft. I could change everything except the social security number. They essentially kept it and were not going to give it back. There was no box to edit it. It was as if I had not entered it before.
