I was online doing survey and I came across an ad for how to apply for grants.The shipping & handling was $3.87 in which I pad. But at the end of the ad it stated that $49.95 would be taken out of my account, as soon as I read that I called the Help center and cancelled that membership and it was told to me that NOTHING will be taken out of my account.And on February 19,2008 a total of $49.95 was taken out and it caused my account to be overdrawn. read full review »

I received and paid for Enriche Rebuild Moisturizer. I tired to pump the moisturizer from the bottle and it did not work. When I opened the bottle, it did not have the piece which hooks to the pump to dispense the cream. I called your customer service line but could not reach a rep. It was totally automated. I signed a contract with a local dealer here in SF for $39 a month at 8% on a 2007 Honda Ruckus. I have this offer in writing. This is a special that is widely advertised all over the internet. I own a 1998 Volvo S90. I've had the car from 15 miles. It started to use oil and I took it to the Pat Patterson Volvo place several times. Explaining how it was using oil. They continued to tell me that it wasn't using oil that it was just burning oil and that was a characteristic of the Volvo (to use oil). In July of 2007 My husband & I and some other family members had reservations for a private fishing charter, we had to pay $300 deposit and then the day of the trip another $1,595. I am currently an employee at Quiznos in Mooresville NC. I have a list with at least 12 names and numbers of people who have worked there in the last three months. None of the following people have recieved their last checks from this particular Quiznos. On Friday, 1-11-08, I had a frightening experience at the Riviera casino in Las Vegas. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon. The Riviera has an area with couches and widescreen TV's for use by members of their slot club (Club Riviera). I am a member of Club Riviera. Was treated unfairly by McKay's Family Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The took in my vehicle - made me wait 1 week for the service manager to return in order to determine if they'd fix my vehicle under warranty (without any offer for a loaner car). I inquired about a loaner vehicle, but the price given was outrageous. When they finally did decide to fix my vehicle under warranty, they only did the bare minimum to slap it back together. These charges appeared on my card in Nov. 07. After several phone calls to their number I was told that they could not find any info on my account and the only way to stop the charges was for me to give them my credit card number. When I asked, how can you charge my card without my number on record; I was immediately transferred to a Supervisor who asked the same questions. Bottom line is they did not get my number and I called my card company (who was very helpful) and had some of the charges removed and others put in dispute. Power Steering keeps going out no matter how fast or slow I drive. My car just cut off in the middle of the street one day and the battery light was on. My car makes a terrible crunching sound going over small bumps in the freezing cold. I just found out that this car has a lot of complaints about power steering and sway bar brushing and linkage. My warranty is about to expire and I don't have the money to fix such a dangerous car. I am having a nightmare dealing with PSEG customer service. I needed my gas service discontinued - for lack of use, since I have moved out of the home and the heat is not gas but electric. I was a Hughes customer starting in 2002. I had the usual frustrations, similar to those in other complaints on this site. I have a complaint about the Cecil Whittakers on Lin Ferry. First of all, the service in this restaurant is always horrific. Every time I call, I am put on hold for a good 10-15 minutes and when I finally do get someone to pick up the telephone they are rude, impolite, and ignorant. I purchased a Klaussner sofa and love seat both recline on the ends. The plastic release on the love seat that allows the love seat to recline broke off in my hand.
