I am very disappointed in this company. I have been charged over and over and as a result I have been overdrawn and have incurred many dollars in over draft charges. I received the complete set of EMERGENCY! DVD's for Christmas 07 from my father. They were purchased from DVDDONKEY.COM. First, it took forever for him to receove the set (about 2 months for delivery. This company is a shell which markets an indentity theft protection service. I have unauthorized charges to my Visa Card going back 90-days. These charges have been disputed with the bank, and this company continues to bill me. There is no direct contact with their customer service department. On Jan.7, 2008 our laptop began making random sounds, within 10 minutes the screen went blank and the DVD loader shut off. Power remained. I bought an used 1995 Honda Civic from them about 10 years ago. Travelosity should have their license suspended. Customers should not have to talk to people in India who have NO concept of travelling within the US. Last week I went to Aspen Dental in Auburn NY. I figured I would give them a try. They were offering free x-rays and an exam. After the X-rays and exam I was called in for a consultation. I was told I need two fillings, at the cost of $250. I was also told I had gingivitus, which kind of shocked me since I take pretty good care of my teeth. In all of my shopping experiences, I have never seen employees at your customer service desk and probably your manager behave with poor judgement and service. I recently had a client in Chicago complaining of the internet dropping, knowing that AT&T would try to push this off as a internal issue, I ran virus & spyware scans.
