I rented an RV from Norms RV in Poway California...on check out they said I put a small scrap on the back right corner...I don't think I did it...they then had their own body shop give a sky high repair estimate of $323 and kept that out of my $500 deposite. These people have been calling for my husband everyday all day. I mean they call about 10-15 times a day. Everytime they call and ask for him I tell them he is not home because really he isn't, he doesn't get home until well after 9pm. We purchased a xbox 360 game system for my son Christmas 2006 and the system has stopped working 1 year and 1 month after the purchase. The warranty on this product is 1 year. Surprise surprise!!! After speaking with a manager at GameStop we were told that there was an extended warranty issued by Microsoft because of the problems customers have had with these game systems. Well i was supposed to have what you call dry loop dsl service, which is just dsl no voice, about 4 weeks ago. I recieved a letter in the mail claiming I had signed up for their membership to save in online coupons. This is not true. I have no reason to do so as I am not a coupon user. They offered me a line of credit to help rebuild my credit, and said they would deposit money into my bank account(wich they already had information on) instead they pulled out the money, put my account in the negative. when I called the company, a lady named Catherine played a recording back to me, my voice, And the man that called me, his voice, They just fix this recording to make it look like, you agree to everything. Use any other authorized repair service but this one (owned by Sears Robuck)!!! A very rude A&E representative quoted me by phone $65 for a service call for my leaking Whirlpool washer, which included diagnosing the problem and telling me what was wrong. The DJ company did not live up to its Services. The bank stated that the charge went through, and that I would have to contact the company in Bloomington, Ill. This company does not have a number or site address for me to contact them. When I joined with AT&T, they told me the rates to call to India, which was less than $0.40/minute. We made some calls and when the bill came, the rate was $7.00/minute. The same day I called the customer service and complained. The guy who was answering the phone, assured me that the rate will be adjusted as he put the information in the computer, while I was talking with him. I have never in my life had to deal with such a crummy business. They seemed so great in the beginning...until you have to file a claim. It took them three weeks to give me a check to fix my vehicle. Three weeks of having to pay to rent a car. Not only that, the police report filed clearly states both drivers were following law, it was just a chance happening and horrible weather that caused the accident...yet somehow I ended up being at fault.
