companies that take advantage of the consumer. For example web sites offering free services ( Free credit report.com ) for one. If It's free, why are you charged after a period of time. I ordered several perfumes from this site and half of them were not the originals or the original fragrance. Additionally all of these bottles, the cap sprayer is not sealed and can be easily opened, which definitely confirms that the perfumes are fake. We order 300 DVD plastic cases from this company on 02/08/08 recieve them by UPS ground on 02/18/08 . We recieved 3 cases . 2 0f the case's were taped on the end And the boxes filled with taped in cardboard so as to look like they were full ! 1 case had 100 in it , the 2nd had 79 . I attended an orientation program for a Teaching Cert. program in Canada for an American college. I paid a deposit which stated the terms incl. tuition was due by xx date unless I withdrew. The presentation of the conditions is done with no indication that the information is more than that given to define the product. I was not able to discern that there was a "condition" as the presentation of the material did not indicate that one should click on that statement in order to review more information. I was offered the opportunityto return only one of the two bottles that I received. I would only receive a refund of $70.00. I tried there 14 day trial which I signed up on a certain day it took at least three days for the product to get here and when I called within a 14 day time of which I got the product they said my 14 days had past since I signed up on a certain day. My husband and I checked into the Days Inn Port Wentworth, Georgia. We asked for a non-smoking room. We checked out around 6:00 AM. When I looked at what I was charged, I found an additional $50 charge. After calling the hotel, and speaking with the manager, I was told that housekeeping said we had smoked in the room. I have a complaint against the company FotoConnection.com. I called the company to place an order for a Sony A700 digital camera. The saleperson Jason informed me that all manual and internal instructions on their body only cameras are in Chinese, Japanese or French. But if I buy the much more expensive bundled package, they are in English. I find this to be misrepresenting since it is not indicated on their website. I purchased an Asko washer/dryer combo in 2006 3 months after purchase the entire circut board melted. after 2 months of hassle I had the unit replaced. Jan 08 the new unit was continually putting water into the dry cycle. then quit working entirely. After 4 service calls the unit still does not dry. I was told that 3 to 5 hours to dry 2 pair of jeans is normal (on what planet). The company refuses to send anyone to fix it. I wrote a week ago complaining about the second mattress that I bought at Big Lots. This one is the same as the first, the sides are sagging severely. G. E. Money Bank has stopped sending my my bill in the mail and now I have to call in to see when it is due next. This has caused some late fees because they keep switching the due date around on me. We were contacted by the Birmingham, AL office of Countrywide to refi our home. We gave them some info and they said we were approved contingent ONLY on our house appraising a certain amount. We paid for the appraisal, credit report, etc. They did the same thing to us that was posted earlier by someone. Hi, I was a patient of the Chiropractic doctor named Dr. Bourget at Mission Chiropractic. I am getting wrong medical balance amount as outstanding from his office. When I called and spoke to them, they said my insurance did not pay them. When I called my insurance (Humana)they sais this particular chiropractor and his practice is not in their provider's list. This was contradictory to what the doctor said - that he is part of the Humana insurance. I keep getting harassing mails about wrong balances each time. Please help .
