I am so disappointed in Raymour & Flaningan. The customer service people are idiots. They have no clue as to what end is up. They have been back to my house on 3 occasions and did not solve my problem. They call me 50 million times on when they will come out to fix my furniture. They send me dressers that are all warped. I have a trade with Interval International for 2 years. I have tried 3 times to get someplace I want to go. Upon our 3rd attempt to use the trade, the customer service staff told me I am on priority list and gave me a priority code in September 2007. As we approach the date, I cannot get customer service to respond to emails, I am now on hold for 45 minutes with no customer service rep responding, it keeps bouncing me between rings and music. I just discovered a $19.99 charge on my debit card to these people. I have absolutely NO recall of EVER contacting them for anything for I don't even know what they do. I have yet to discover a contact number for them, but plan on taking action against them and try to recoup the fee that they have fraudulently extracted from my bank account. This is the type of company that expects the customer to work for them instead of actually working for their customers. I haven't received any further invoices from them since I reported them to the Better Business Bureau in their area. Although the BBB has been diligent, they have had no response thus far. I purchased a Gateway MX6956 computer on 11/28/2006 from Best Buy #302 Skokie, ILL. The unit worked without any problems until August 2007 when the Sprint Mobile Broadband PCMCIA card failed to power up. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Asaadi several years ago which resulted in one of my implants bottoming out and dropping more than one inch below the other breast. I was recently in a car accident and have AAA for car insurance. My car is going to be in the shop for a while so AAA suggested I get a rental and I was told that unless I got a rental car with upgrades I would not have to pay for it so I agreed to get a rental. AAA then set up a rental for me with Hertz. I was trying to find Adobe Acrobat Reader and the search led me to this site. They were asking $13 and change to download the program. After I did the credit card info and downloaded the product, I found that I had downloaded some product that I have no knowledge of and do not know how to work, if it works at all. It is NOT Adobe Acrobat Reader. There is also some kind of business suite 30 day trial that I have no use for. They charged my credit card $72. I have not been able to uninstall the business suite. Optical department provided a quote for standard optical exam and glasses. The optical office operations charged the total amount at time of service not discounting the expected insurance reimbursement. JC Penney's then filed the claim. The insurance company then reimbursed PC Penney’s and not me, the customer. Therefore JC Penney's was paid twice. However, PC Penney's refuses neither to refund the payment to me nor to send back to the insurance company. This company sells HoodiBurn and has a history with its customers of stealing money from your bank account. They keep your debit and credit card information and continue to remove or charge to these cards without your permission or knowledge. They have a number to call but no one ever returns the calls and it sounds as though the voice mail was done while riding in a vehicle with the windows down.
