I was contacted 3-19-08 on my company phone by Wells Fargo Auto Finance co. At that time I am six days late with my payment. The operator Jill ID#B146 was verbally abusive and yelling at me, demanding that I make my payment now or make pmt. arrangements. Which is ok with me except, being spoken to like that. I am always on time with my pmts., except this time. Is this customer service normal for six days late? Not sure how they got the credit card number, but we've received two charges in one month = 4.95 & 39.95. I just called their number listed on the cc statement 866-380-7147. The lady said that they offer an unlimited long distance calling card for a 14 day trial period at a charge of 4.95. After the 14 days, they charge 39.95 a month for the service. I have a credit card with 5/3 which was actually an overdraft protection. I closed the related checking account because they were charging me more than I feel they should (I had a $25000 auto loan with them, yet they felt that they could not reverse over $200 in fees they charged for transactions totaling less than $12). Worst experience ever. Purchased Palliser Horizons top of the line leather furniture from them. Furniture was several weeks late, delivery was a nightmare, and the chair had holes in the leather (from the factory) and they refuse to replace it. Presidential Pools and Spas (Karl Keene) was contracted to install a pool at my home on Jul 07 it is now almost Apr 08 and I have a concrete hole in the ground. I purchased a Casio watch in February of this year. A week or so ago it fell off my wrist while walking through the house. Bought new. Std. xmission. This rice burner has had it's 4th Xmission in 2 years. Submitted claim via legal council and it was refused by Hyundai. Provided all necessary invoices proving 3 Xmissions had to be installed. Did not have the 3rd installation performed by Hyundai dealer. I stayed at the Rio hotel in Las Vegas this weekend with my sister in room 1866. We both got a major body rash from the sheets, and I beleave that the maid stole my meds, including my insulin, and perscription sun glasses. A person by the name of Angel called me offering to help me rebuild my credit with the purchase of their credit card. They would debit my bank account (the call was on 2/27/08) on 3/7/08 and 3/14/08 $125 each for a total of $250, and in return they would issue me their credit card with an available balance of $2500 with no apr. Like a fool -- I gave them my name, address, birthday, social security number, and account info to my checking account. I went on line to make reservations for a compact car, (because of the gas prices). I had to wait two (2) days for this can and on the third day I was to get one at noon. I did not get one until after 2:00pm. This is the worst rent a car company that I have ever used before, but it is the only one in Beaufort, SC.
