I fell for the cheap price and great deal. But they lied about everything and when I wanted to cancel service they charged a cancellation fee even after they told me there would be no charge. THEY okayed 4000.00 worth of credit card purchases from a customer, 4 months later they took the money out of my account, 3 weeks later they sent a letter saying the card was fraudulent. I canceled the merchant account, they kept taking money from my bank account so I closed it. I opened a new account which they did not have any authority to use. Last week my bank statement showed they had taken 69.00 out of it. We had a major issue with a card that was applied for last year and never received. The only bill or mailing that I ever received was one year later when a bill was sent for an annual fee. This bill was for a card that I had never received. I called and they refused to take the charge off even though the card had never been used. I asked if I would still receive my 20, 000 points and free night if I paid the fee, she did say that a credit would be issued for the free night with marriott rewards. I should have checked this business out prior to switching my provider. My visit was an emergency with an abscessed tooth. Yes it was treated and an appt. made to extract the tooth. Suddenly the appt. was canceled by them due to the fact I noted on my initial application last fall I was taking aspirin for a foot I had broken. I made a mistake and purchased tickets to the Disney on Ice Nemo show in the wrong city. I live in Denver and somehow purchased tickets for Minnesota. I called Ticketmaster.com and they told me they could not do anything for me. They were not willing to refund or exchange the tickets. It tooks 3 calls to get to talk to a supervisor, the first and second time I got hung up on when I asked for a supervisor and the final time the supervisor was unsympathetic and was not willing to do anything. I am not going to use ticketmaster.com anymore which is going to be hard since I have a 4 year old and ticketmaster.com has a monopoly on the ticket sales business. read full review »

Like a fool I accepted this card. I paid my payments until I got sick in February of 2008 and contacted them. I explained to these people that I was disabled and with their protection policies it should cover the charges. They charged me outrageous fees for late fees and for anytime I used the card. I've had a Washington Mutal credit card for 4 years at 12.9%. I pay my credit card online every month before the due date and always more than the minimum payment.
