Who is SST Columbus Bank and Trust. They are reporting VERY negatively on my credit report but when I contact them (which is very hard to talk with someone) they can never provide the information I am requesting. When you do get to talk to someone they are very rude. When they bought my account from Providian (which I did not know happened) I had a balance of $380.00 and Providian was taking automatic payments from my checking account. Had the oil changed in my 2006 jeep while in on a recall at Neuwirth Chyrsler Jeep, they charged me $31 no biggie I figured while it was there it would save me some time. This weekend it had been 3000 miles and I had the day off so I went to change it myself, the filter was covered in dirt and looked like it had been on there for a year, drained the oil look terrible. I had a similar experience as a previous individual. I was led to believe that I would be prompted to CHOOSE whether or not to continue with the magazine subscriptions. Did the usual researching on the Internet to find the best return on used BlackBerry's. I sent in over 12 of them and all were in use before they were sent in. On October 17, 2007 I completed an online purchase. I was then offered a magazine free of charge if I paid the shipping/handling charge plus one other free magazine. The 2 magazines were Reader's Digest and Real Simple. It is March of 2008 and I have not received any magazines. I purchased a remote car from Hobbytron.com and it did not work and the battery would not charge. I returned it and a month later they insisted I never returned it. I checked with UPS and gave them the date and person who signed for it. They did not return my money but 'fixed the car' and returned it without the battery or (expensive) fast-recharger. Purchased a Kohler toilet and sink last year. The toilet is K-4609-AA, 1.6 GPL. From the beginning every approximately two weeks to a month, when we flushed, the commode would not empty. We have had plumbers out a number of times and they replaced all the flushing mechanisms and rotor routed everything. When the commode backs up, everything else drains. The last two plumbers told me the problem was in the unit itself. I purchased a 2000 Saab 9-3 from Ray and Eric on 3/8/2008, I didn't drive it until 3/10/2008 due to the dealership not having and inspection sticker on the car.
