Kennons fixed leaks in my roof in november and with the first rains of the season in march my roof still had leaks. Kennons gave me a one year warranty against leaks. We've experienced too many problems with a brand new 21' 2004 Trophy boat purchased in Nov 2003. Replaced gauges when it was only 2 years old and the entire steering mechanism when it was less than 4 years old. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the boat. Under contract with AllBrand Windows dated October 25, 2007, Polybau vinyl frame windows were installed November 19, 2007. The job consisted of nine units connected in various combinations for three windows. One window was configured incorrectly. That window displayed several problems. I received the 1GB RCA Pearl for Christmas from my mother. I use it fairly regularly, maybe 3x a week for the gym. I took good care of it, but it didnt take long for it to start acting strangely. It would skip songs suddenly and just start shutting off. I assumed it was the batteries. I have gone through several packs of batteries, and have determined its not the cause of the problem. Majic windows is a horrible company. Hard work means nothing to them. My husband and I paid Starlight Ranch/Jim Baird a $275 deposit in July 2007 and started paying board for our horse. I had a horrific experience living at Korman Communities in Downingtown, PA and I'm here to put in my two cents. This community is also formerly known as Cornerstone Terrace in Downingtown. Korman only cares about all the money they are raking in from the corporate suites. On March 3, 2008 $59.90 was removed from my Emerald Mastercard in what was a totally unauthorized transaction. The company has refused to return my money to me. I have filed reports with the Utah Department of Commerce, BBB and Attorney General. I have also filed complaints with the U.S. Attorney General and the FBI. February 28, 2008, I had a repair done to my refrigerator through Old Republics contractors. it is now March 26, 2008 and my unit is still broken. I have had the blower fan and the main circuit boards replaced TWICE, and still, my temp is 59 degrees. This company appears to unwilling to honor REPLACEMENT which they sell policies by. I ordered a pair of shoes at J.C. Penney online for my wife at Christmas. They didn't have the shoes in stock at the store, but they did online. We have done business at the J.C. Beware of SnappyMusic.com... I joined on 03/21/08. I'm not sure what "service" they provide. The software that you get to download is Limewire (which is free to begin with). I could not connect and tried to contact them. Their website states they have 24/7 support. 1. Their 800 number is bogus... either no answer at all or a fast busy signal. 2. I rented a car from Econo Car Jersey City Summit Avenue branch. They told me that if the vehicle was driven to VA state, they would limit the mileage by 1000. I told them I didn't want any mileage or state restrictions. So I paid $10 more per day. The total amount was $ 339.95. (approximately $394 including tax). When I returned the car, they charged me an extra $897 because of the mileage.
