i have a magnavox and it is the worst product that i have ever bought in my life. i spent 1500 on this tv that after 3 months it turned off then on over and over again. For a year magnavox would do barely anything then after my warrenty was up they said soory but we cant help you anymore. i got the 2 yr extended warrenty and now walmart sent people out and it still don't work i have demanded my money back or a new tv and they refused. if they dont spet up to the plate i am fileing to the courts so if anybody out there is doing this samething call me and we'll do it together. I am tired of being charged overdraft fees when my bank account IS NOT overdrawn. IBC has these two seperate sections they do their computing from: Pending and Posted. Depending on who you talk to and what you are complaining about, IBC will charge you an overdraft fee just about whenever they want and use that pending section to justify it. However, if you deposit money it can sit in that pending section for days while overdraft charges keep piling up. However, when you try to call them on it they have excuses for that too. We have tried to reach Farnaz by telephone or email over 20 times in the last four months alone, and have only received one email reply saying that she is working on it. I did not send any information to any of these sites (Family Savers, At Home Rewards, Surplus Alert, My DollarShop) but they all showed up on my bank statement putting me $400 in the red. I am on disability and I only get $700 a month so at the beginning of the month when I got my deposit I only had $300. This was how I am suppose to pay my $400 rent and all my other utility's. Bought two trailers - one was never inspected. company came down repaired tongues. The boys who were sent down to fix the trailer neglected to weld center beam. Both trailers had to be repaired at cost of 1650.00. When the crew came they had no money to pay for their motel and supplies costing another 650.00. There was no reimbursement for anything. This company lures you with promises of linking you to creditors that deal with lending to people with poor credit. Not only do they send you links that are impossible to apply for, but they also refuse to make any exceptions to their refund policy.
That policy states that you must show proof of denial from all linked companies in order to get a full refund. They are so shady, that you can not even contact them by phone. They are very rude in E-mail correspondences.

I bought 4 pastries for a dinner party on Saturday around 5pm. They were 2 carrot cakes, 1 cherry cheesecake and 1 puff pastry. The total came to $11.83 which I paid via credit card.
When we went to eat dessert, the pastries were all stale and not appetizing. I filled out a complaint request on the website asking for my money back and I haven't heard anything back from Pastryland.
It is obvious these pastries weren't baked on Saturday - they were obviously a few days old. They shouldn't be selling old pastries for full price. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew they were old and stale. read full review »

The store had 5 computers that had been returned unopend by someone who had bought them from Target online and so they were greatley reduced in price. The salesman assured me that I could return them up to 90 days if there was anything wrong with them. Pets smart groomer dislocated my 6month old toy poodle's left shoulder and pulled ligaments. Maggie has been in body case for 7 days. Today she is now limping a week after body case removed. Vet has stated our puppy will now live with this injury for the rest of her life. She limps always and tires easy. My husband and I are retired and are just devastated by what has happened to our baby. We have let everyone we know what has happened here, everyone is so angry to hear Pets Smart would do something to hurt such a tiny little dog. Unauthorized usage of my debit card after i had cancelled the order of a stupid CD. i have since gotten an overdraft on my account because i was supposed to have money in there, but they took it without my permission. Four times, ($9.95; $7.95; $9.95; $7.95) so therfore, i am out alot of money. and also $40.00 in overdraft charges.I want it back including overdraft charges. Kept blaming last person I talked to. Finally cancelled order, got money back, and two days later guess what I got in the mail. Yep, here they were. I have a problem with fraud. On January 28, 2007, this company took $216.80 from my PayPal account. Although the email uses the NetStoreUSA name, they cash they checks with the DirectDiscountUS name.
(They sent me an email receipt for $209.85 and called the order "pending" although they had taken my money.
My order # 13734..
It looks like someone's still in "business" there because I got a new password when I forgot my old one. But that could be anything...

I got all the way through filling out the credit card info to pay $1.00 to receive their information on how to make money blogging. At the point of clicking the final send button the computer froze, I got the URL not found, and I received no confirmation that the order had been completed.
