WaMu decided on 4-2-08 to reduce the credit line on my home equity line of credit to $0 because the value of my house went down. This was explained in a letter I read today, 4-8-08. I have been trying to redeem this voucher for a free 2 night hotel stay and dinner for two since Feb. 14, 2008. The instructions say that you need to give 30 days notice for your date/stay request and that you will be contacted within 10days of receipt of the voucher. Applied for a loan, was told I was approved and that the loan would be deposited into my account the next day. I never received any phone calls or e-mails stating there was a problem with my application at all. I waited until the next day and the deposit was never made. I checked my status on their site and it said still being reviewed. Still no phone calls or e-mails, then I checked back later and it said I was denied. I still don't know the reason. This website allows postings of any kind to be posted. They have allowed posting for my company Dental Plus Dental Group. They have No phone number or address listed. If you email them No one responds. They are effecting my business big time! I have patients log on in our office and post a comment and if its good, they delete it. I went through their "3 step call confirmations" and did not authorize the final sale, I rejected it and hung up! I did not need thid product, so I hung up. My personal information was obtained including my bank account information. Several charges were made by dealmax.com and dealpass.com. Also several other similar companies to the dealmax.com/dealpass.com accepted unauthorized memberships in my name and to my bank account, all other companies were helpful in canceling all memberships and refunding the charges to my account. Ordered a set of both sizes of Silicon Inserts ( item j). The photos of all silicone inserts in the online catalog are shown with the plastic collector tube as well as the insert which fits into the collector tube. When the item was received it contained only the silicone insert and not the collection tube. I was checking my account and noticed and unauthorized charge of $6.78 from this company. I contacted them via the internet and they said I signed up for this service, which, of course, I did not. The were rude and when I asked to have the charge removed, they wouldn't respond. I tried to cancel the membership, but it wouldn't let me complete the transaction. I am so angry! Anyone complaining about this company needs to dot the i's and cross the t's. That is how this company survives. Knowing I would be charged the $25 on top of the $9 offer was known. This might be a reason that the Postal Service constantly needs postage rates increase. Our mail Carrier "doesn't like us", we've complained when we've found our outgoing mail on the front lawn, garage floor, or scheduled pickup never picked up. The Postmaster decided that there was a personality conflict and has another Carrier from another route do our scheduled pickups.
