I got Riddex plus to get rid of bugs in my apartment, 2 months now and the bugs are still around. Now I have to smell the fumes of the spray. Holiday Inn Select in Trevose, Pa is a franchise; will not work with you to issue a credit or refund if you book on line. Claim that "terms and conditions" are agreed to before entering their website and are binding/legal. Make first payment on Jan 23, 2008 another 50% they start to build deck, April 2008 room still not complete. This company hires sub contractors. What a nightmare - ceiling leaked, some window didn't work well, put screw with head's sticking out on floor, worker show up when ever they feel like it. My wife and I just returned from a trip to the Dominican Republic. While in the D.R. we called our home in middle Tennessee to check on our son. We used a credit card when making the call from our hotel room. No rates were present on the phone and no price info was ever given, before, during or after the call. Yes there is a certain amount of personal responsibility, but if they can't act like other people who do the same business, they shouldn't do it. I got a confirmation email from then, then nothing. When I called them after 24 hours, like they said to do, they told me that they had no record of the reservation and that the flight was 66% more money.
