Bank offers investing services through CUNA, however the investing representative left the position 8 months ago and we have yet to receive notification that there is no one in-house monitoring the accounts. An e-mail has been sent regarding the matter with no response for weeks. As a small and "late in years" investor a substantial amount of money was lost in in a 7-month time frame from a class A bond. My boyfriend opened a checking account on 3/18/2008 and 2 weeks later after applying for a small loan online we saw an unauthorized debit for $31.98. Neither of the 2 people on this card's account have ever heard of the company, so I contacted both the company in question and my credit card company. Just prior to closing A Wells Fargo loan after final approval for loan. Jesse Wiley (My Loan officer) called and said I could not get the rate in the loan documents for what was documented in writing as my loan and interest rate.
